Smayev in armwrestling is at the entry level, Levan is at the top level. How can you compare incomparable things? Moreover, Cyplenkov did not train Smayev, but only showed him the basics, because Smayev at the time had no intention of engaging seriously.
Table experience is a on Levan's side, even at his 'young' age. It is undeniable that density and power are also developed with time. I would be surprised to see Smaev come out on top in the third meeting, let alone any first table meeting. If Smaev continues and stays in competitive shape with an arm wrestling mindset, he can be one of the most discussed super heavy.

Levan seems to be genetically designed to push arms, size, big bones, that power. Saying that though, there's a few worth keeping an eye on and I do love the Russian competitors. Remember many pro armwrestlers like breznk and larratt have beaten worlds strongest men contestants so lifting is only half the game. The other half is table experience.
