1:05 EVERY establishment needs that, every single one and it should be mandatory by-law for them to have someone fluent in sign-language employed as well for this type of scenario I worked in fast-food at the drive-thru and while this doesn't happen OFTEN it does still happen- we had a deaf person come through but nobody knew sign language and my boss decided to be a prick and attempt (Keyword ATTEMPT) to tell them they had to talk, I quickly figured out they were deaf and gave them a slip of paper and a pen with the words "Welcome to *Fast food* what can I get you today" needless to say my boss was NOT happy with me but I don't give a damn, making that deaf person feel better was my aim and the smile they had was worth the reprimand I had that day (no longer work at that fast food place thank god)
