  • Usually on KZhead when the title says "Guy In Bar Said He Beat KASPAROV" it's a huge bluff. But Manuel Bosboom is the real deal; he ACTUALLY beat Kasparov in a blitz game. Legend!

  • WOW...lol..I agree with "aj" below: I was thoroughly convinced that you were baiting us; that he was just another BS-er until he rolled open with a powerful Kings Indian, and with style yet! This is no "talker"...he is the real deal! :) Excellent games and as always, great to see your humble humor. :)

  • 2nd game was better. To win with the Q. Gambit it is better to not play 3 pawns in the center. It may looks strong but it is easy to break. Just play it safe with d4 c4 (a3) Nc3 d3 Nf3 Be2 0-0. Maybe even go catalan. But wait for the attack when fully mobolized. Than the Queens Gambit is at it strongest. If you can get the Black bishop it will be a safer game. The Black fianchetto is a strong bishop. Maybe it can be an idea for the endgame to go for a pawnstorm. So slowly pushing forward i think is the way to go. I make sometines mistakes i can't stand myself. And sometimes i can beat higher players than myself. One mistake is enough...
