I redesigned Old Minecraft Traps on the Infuse SMP
Like Lomedy and his Infuse SMP Series, he was betrayed on this Minecraft SMP. Like Parrot / ParrotX2 Lifesteal SMP Series where he broke bedrock or blew up 12.240 TNT. Not Technoblade / TommyInnit / or any other Dream SMP member. This is a new and original Minecraft idea like HermitCraft or LastLife with Grian and MumboJumbo. Survival is harder than Hardcore Minecraft because PVP is on. I escaped this Minecraft prison like Omziiscool but not Parrot or Clownpierce or Spoke with 100+ / 2,193 Bedrock and TNT. This stacked player stole my permanent hearts on the Lifesteal SMP. Like any other video mine such as I Started Minecraft's Greatest Business, or I Trained a Minecraft Frog to Kill People, are unscripted videos of mines! in this video i will be trying to upgrade Minecraft's Oldest Traps/ Old Traps such as Tree Traps, Door Traps, Chest trap, ALL 3 BEING 8 YEARS OLD IN MINECRAFT/Xbox 360 Minecraft trolling.

tip: The creeper farm doesn't work, because you have to afk in that platform of the top, since creepers don't spawn when you're right next to the farm.

If you use a small sub-trap to put Binding pumpkins on invis players (who likely won't have armor on since invis) then they will be permanently hindered until they die meaning even if they survive other traps they have a permanent hindrance in the form of the pumpkin, which also can't be broken like most armor by wearing it down. This means - permanent loss of helmet usage (meaning permanent defense lowering) - permanent loss of invis usage - permanent requirement for 3rd person to see properly - more vulnerable to traps if using 1st person until they kill themselves to rid themselves of it.

btw, you can also create a setup that drops 3 anvils on a player (breaks any helmet) and then dispenses the pumpkin to make this work on anyone if keepInventory is on only use that on people you really hate because they'll never get rid of the pumpkin without admin help
There's this old trap from like update 1.5 where you walk in a 1x2 tunnel and suddenly you will pick up an item from behind the wall and ceiling that is resting on a pressure plate. It's been so reliable to this day because there is nothing visible indicating a trap. Just normal building blocks

I think next time, in the tree trap, you may use yellow concrete to replace the grass block surrounded by the carpets. A grass block surrounded by yellow carpets is too suspecious

player filter tip: in addition to a sensor, use shrieker+observer, it will only update if the vibration is player made

@@jannievanassema5452 Shriekers only scream when they are triggered by player made vibration, and the scream provides 2 block updates for observer. And if it can't link it to a player, like with dispensers or mobs, the shrieker won't scream and make an update for the observer.
I was testing that in creative, and I have not managed to make shrieker scream without actual player triggering the sensor.
Whenever I see a door trap I get reminded of the time Jerma willingly walked into a door trap with signs warning that it's a trap.

You know how a piston has a push limit of 12? build the tree trap 12 blocks underground, and have the piston constantly, powered, so when something breaks a block, the piston extends, and that could be the activation system
Wouldn't that be too much noise?
If the piston gets constantly powered wouldnt the trap be detonated the moment it gets set up?
The push limit prevents the piston from moving, and if your activation is say an observer, then it wouldn't theoretically go off, and the only noise would be the Redstone clock, the only problem is speed, as the player might escape before everything goes off, but as i said, this is all in theory, i haven't tested it yet :P

Also what are the chances that 2 of the people will walk into your trap. The chest one might work but not the tree one. And why was the people that you were fighting have armor but not the people who fell for the trap? I know this evidence is not great but there is so much more like this and it turns into good evendence when there is so much.
@@firewry not really, you expect people to play on the SMP 24/7? I just simply go to my base when no one is online, for 2 people activating the trap, I promise they just did it themselves, after the traps were finished people will try to get revenge on me, so I thought it was blown up.
For the sensor, if you use a comparator on subtraction mode reading the sensor and then set a lectern and book with a comparator running into the side of the first comparator, you can set it up so that it only reacts to certain player made sounds

You know the trap in your thumbnail is actually genius. The skulk sensor in the trap will reputedly be activated by the doors, and if you build multiple it will create a chain reaction leaving multiple sensors in a loop. This will change the game in a very important way, it will only take one mistake to summon a warden instead of the usual three. Best part is that a player doesn't have to activate it, and the constant signals will prevent the warden from despawning.
This was a lot more terrifying AND funny than it should be

I remember seing a really cool trap around 2014, it simply was a pressure plate in the middle of nowhere. During those times EVERY SINGLE TRAP SUCKED, and with such an obvious trap like that, the player was most likely expecting it to be either a basic tnt trap, or some kind of hidden base (hidden with the "not hiding it" at all method), tnt gives you 8 seconds to react and get away, so even if they stepped on it and it turned out to not be a secret base they wouldn't lose anything for trying it out. Here's the thing tho, the trap wasn't a basic tnt trap, it actually was a really compact minecart tnt trap, and since the knowledge of their existence wasn't widely spread, no one considered it as an option when stepping on that pressure plate. The beautiful thing about that trap wasn't a complex mecanism, or an excellent performance. The beautiful thing about that trap was how it played with other peoples minds, you usually think that if someone is capable of making a lethal and efficient trap, they're also going to be capable of hiding them well, you never asume the oposite case; if you see a poorly hidden trap you might even activate it out of pity, since you know that if the person building the trap isn't capable of hiding it properly, then they're also not capable of building anything that can actually kill you.

Try using honey, sculk and TNT for a trap Since honey prevents players from jumping, and then splashing lingering potions of slowness will make them even slower, then have them get Mining Fatigue as they would probably break through so they would, but also make sure if they have milk. The Sculk could activate which triggers a large explosion, or a chamber to Wardens/Wolfs or Piglins.

You could make it so they drop into a 1x5x5 room where they keep getting pushed. this makes it so they cant mine. and if they use a enderpearl. they will likely sufficate. and the piston with block would easily erase liquids. also make sure the blocks are all crafting tables
If you do the chest piston trapdoor thing, remove the lava, replace it with pointed dripstone and put minecarts with hoppers underneath the floor. These will be able to siphon the dead player's items, even through the floor! Then use upwards-facing droppers to carry the items to a hidden chest automatically, and you will be able to keep the victim's loot for yourself (use a hopper to catch the items and move them into the chest). Finally, tripwires that activate dispensers with harming potions can go right through a player's armor. The only problem is that the potions aren't stackable, so you might have to farm them and store them in a chest with hoppers that move them into the dispensers.

Since you said the players are smart at your server, i have a trap idea Trap Idea: (use an anonymous account) 1. Decide the players who will compete and break the 3 contestant's beds 2. Build a fake base with a trapdoor at the front of the door and put sand and TnT 3. Make sure to mine 25 blocks deep 4. Make a secret entrance pod 5. Get every mob (creeper skeleton and all that stuff) 6. Ask the 3 players to chase you for a 1,000$ (rules: no items allowed & only kill using only fists) 7. Go to the secret entrance pod 8. Go 3 of their bases 9. Burn their items at the fire idk if this will work..

How about... A supersonic arrow trap? The premise is that an arrow does damage according to how fast it is travelling. So you could put a bunch of arrows in a bubble colomn and then use a bunch of explosives to propell the arrow forwards at super fast speeds.

On bedrock, pufferfish only spawn in warm ocean, which you will visually recognise as it has the coral blocks. Pufferfish are the tiny little deflated looking fish, until you get near. "In Bedrock Edition, fish spawn underwater at around 12-32 blocks away from the player in groups of 3-5 in warm ocean biomes, and only on the surface; that is, there must not be a spawnable block above the spawn location with a non-solid block on top"

How to properly upgrade the classic pressure plate and door trap: instead of making it extremely deadly and impossible, you should be more *faithful* to the old design, as it seems harmless yet actually very tricky. To take advantage of these players, you could keep the old design, except with a trick to keep them actually inside, but not kill them. Put an obsidian block on top instead of a wooden slab first, and rig it so if a player goes inside, pistons will actually push the blocks up around the player, and under the pressure plate is another piston which will continue pushing them up and down as they try to mine out. In a nutshell, they will be trapped by some blocks around them, and cannot mine it due to a piston under them pushing them up and down, resetting their mining each time. It is actually possible to rig the piston to continue to push up and down even after the the pressure plate is broken, you just need to know how to rig the red stone.

You didnt notice that redstone ores are a trap? When You are walking normal it Will shine, that activates an observer and the observer activates a dispenser with something, You don't need a plessure plate. You may use it for traps, in mines is great.
