Adana kebab originates from the Turkish city of Adana. Adana kebab is a traditional Turkish dish made with minced lamb or beef, mixed with various spices like red chilli flakes, cumin and paprika powder then skewered and grilled to perfection. It's known for its intense flavor and juicy texture, often served with grilled vegetables, rice, and fresh bread.
Ingredients
Mince (beef or lamb) 1kg
with 25% fat
Red bell pepper 2 medium size
Green pepper 2
(green chillies)
Onion 1 large
Garlic cloves 7-8
Parsley 1 cup
substitute (coriander leaves)
Salt To taste
Red chilli flakes 1tbsp
Paprika powder 1tbsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1.5tsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
For Salad
Tomato 1
Cucumber 1
Onion 1
Parsley 2tbsp
substitute (coriander leaves)
Sumac 1tbsp
substitute (lemon juice)
Salt 1/4tsp
