  • It's late night 12:00 a.m. I was lying in my bed tried many attempts to sleep💤 but I could not so I took my earphones and phone now I am in balcony sitting on chair listening this song in my earphones looking up the moon and stars ✨ A flashback of all the memories can see in front of my eyes. I still remember the day when we started talking....Made promises of never leaving each other. But yeah "at the end promises are just spoken words",I don't know why these tears aren't stopping (man can cry?)... just leaving my comment here so that I can recall my today's condition after some month or years or this song if someone likes it ~🎶 in the end we'll become stories this the only truth ~Thanks for this masterpiece 🙂

  • Faasla is just that song which you would listen to on repeat on a rainy night or if you're alone. It is deep, sad but at the same time so comforting and calming💫 "Chaand chup, taare ghum, khaali kyun hai aasmaan" this line itself holds so much meaning and can be interpreted in so many ways, loneliness, hopelessness AND hopefulness of a new ray of light in this dark night. This song portrays both holding on to and letting go....I feel soo much for faasla that cannot be described in words but I just want tell you Darshan, Youngveer, Shirley...you guys have created magic and done full justice to it.   • Faasla ...though i am a writer myself, i am short of words to express how this song makes me feel. The reason why i became a writer itself is a love story like Faasla, so it hits my emotions alot that i carry a weight in my heart and lump in my throat as i shed tears listening to each and every word like it speaks an ode of my soul. Having lived this way since a long time and the pain buried in me seemed ripped off my heart and makes me feel breatheless and then somehow the melody , the composition has some magically healing powers that it gives me a sense of revival and calm & peace in my heart at the same time. Faasla has the same impact on me the way crying in rains has. Youngveer & Darshan lyrically you broke me, gave me a reminder to peak in my soul, fixed my wounds and healed me in a go. I dont know how did you manage to do that. Kudos to you both. As for the Vocals, Shirley x Darshan has been a long wish of mine since i have been their oldest KZhead Subscriber right from the start so it feels surreal. The way Shirleys angelic voice compliments Darshans cathartically soulful voice is enough to melt even stone hearted and guarded souls. As for the music By Anmol And Sagar Ahuja - magical and healful. The composition has element so slow soft music with sufi elements. What catches my attention is the way Darshan has carried there is a tone of making one understand feelings & how Shirley answers back her plight. Faasla is a conversation of soulmates parted away by destiny yet both will meet in another realm to be one someday. There is a sense of hope amidst hopelessness, unrequited love and yet somewhere a comforting ease that no matter how far two souls be, the red string of fate will somehow make them cross paths. The video elements depict timelessness beyond time, closeness of soul despite distance of being, faith in love despite heartbreaking situations of life, doors & gateways of hope, music amidst chaos and silences. The Violin has a special place in my heart and that hits home because the symbolism it carries makes me cry. Truely thank you Darshan & the entire team for Faasla.❤

  • Faasla- Such a heart-wrenching yet soothing composition! The bittersweet symphony this composition holds into it is mind blowing! As usual touched with Darshan's voice. And his collab with Shirley was actually surprising. Always thought that maybe they would collab in any single maybe composed by other music director. So sweet of Darshan he welcomed her on board for this special album. And they both sound really nice. The lyrics penned by Youngveer, Damn! Each and every single lyric flowing with the melody took me out of the world while listening 💙🦋

  • I don't understand why this song has not been trending since its release. Also, why Darshan has not been promoting this one. The level of maturity, pain, and solace this song carries is greater than any other heartbreak song available today. I have been hooked on it since its release. It carries so much authenticity.   • When I was a teenager, I was massive fan of both of them. I waited eagerly for them to collaborate. Finally, they did it now but life changed so fast. Now I just didn't felt anything but it's okay. I mean song is really really good but that teenager and his feeling died. It was a beautifully painful phase of my life. 🙂

  • Reminiscing about FAASLA, it beautifully captures the bittersweet essence of two souls who remain entwined, even though fate keeps them apart. The lyrics creates an echo of our own emotions. Darshan and Shirley they both showed the situation really well through their voices, FAASLA has giving us the holding of that loved one and even letting go of them.
