Counting is very important. Nearly whole world is counting votes manually but India got problem!!! West is more developed than India and life style is much better but still trust ballot voting. EVM is the most unsecure way of voting. If US, Russia even China's security websites get hacked then what is a surety that EVM cannot be hacked? A very cheap and vulnerable piece of hardware!!!

Everyone occupying a responsible position should make himself/herself fit for the job , by getting enough help from the competent , responsible personnel . Common sense in plenty is wisdom. Accountability goes with the pride of the position occupied.

@@Warrukbadikpapa I know we are expected to use a decent language only here, so 'fool' is an appropriate word. In general roadside but perfect word would be 'ar**holes'. Also, I am sick of SC judges speed and verdicts these days. But anyway, there will be no need for courts, constitution or systems once this country becomes a jungle. And; credit will go to these judges too for ensuring this happens.
@@AjayPalSinghUK The problem with non technical people is they think EMV can't be hacked because they don't know the way of all type of hacking and their cup is soo much full they don't even want to listen to people of india. EVM don't have read only , firmware can be altered ,can be anything done with the system if you are a coder. a memory can be wiped and can be rewritten with right tools. And source code is not open , why ? no comment on that from SC. sources code should be on GitHub as a opencode

Left to himself, Sibal will write his own Constitution. If we look at his contradictory arguments in various cases, I wonder what it would read like. Like night Patrol, we will have separate night Supreme Court. Separate Constitution for different castes and Religions, innumerable parliaments, Union of advocates to supervise Chief Justices etc could be an added attraction.
