Right after the diagnosis I went full Keto, moved my body to good PH level. No sugar at all. Lots of exercise, prayer and meditation. After the surgery doctor was perplexed and said “your lymph nodes are clean. 6 years later still still good .

    • If it's possible where you live , get yourself a CTdna blood test that detects the DNA of the cancer tumour that has been removed. This new blood test detects over 70 different types of cancer cells within the body before they form tumours elsewhere in the body. If you're not already familiar with this blood test, please research it. I have had testicular cancer recently and have had my right testes removed and have had the all clear from my bloodwork and scan, but depending on the type of tumour there is a chance that the tumours DNA (circulating tumour cells) are still present within the body. There is a possibility that they are going to offer me a single dose of chemo as a " Belts and Braces approach " as they put it. I will refuse the chemo and would rather have the blood test ! I eat a zero carb, zero sugar diet . Best of luck to you🤝

  • Hi. FYI. I have aggressive prostate cancer, 2018 operation not successful, spread to lymph nodes. 9 months hormone treatment. Went to ketogenic diet, fasting weekly, 2 x meals a day, carbs 10 to 20 gms/day. No fruit, reduced calorie intake, track ketones daily. Lost 25 kg fat. Commenced daily weight training. Result.... No meds needed 4 years now, psa count is Increasing slowly, in good health, have outlived predicted life expectancy. For me, low insulin and high ketones works, not a cure, but does slow it's growth. Took nearly a year to break the carb addiction.

    • @@WowShorts744 hi there! OK.. As you know, despite the popular view that calories don't matter, they certainly do! My routine for theraputic effect is a weekly fast from Sunday 6 pm to Wednesday 2pm so between 48 and 60 hours. I use full fat cream in my 3 or 4 teas and coffees, sometimes mct oil, and daily electrolytes, so that's probably 300 or so cals a day. With an hour's training each morning that gives a really good level of ketosis. Wed through Saturday are 2 meals a day, Sunday relaxed. Re calorie intake, the less I take in, the less I seem to need! Even with daily weight training, 1,800 to 2,000 cals/day gives a stable weight. If I drop it to 1400/day, then my weight drops about 1.5 lbs a week. Alcohol and excessive high glycaemic carbs have a disproportionate effect (on me) compared to an excess of protein and fats. Hope this helps.

    • @@ChalrieD hi. Yes, I will never be in remission, it's in the lymph nodes, but I am pretty sure the keto diet and exercise routine of maintaining minimum weight, insulin and steady blood sugar, has kept it there. Last week's test results show psa rising very slowly, so once again they have delayed my scheduled recommencement of treatment for another 3 months which makes it 5 years no treatment. The consultant has scheduled a pet scan for April just out of curiosity so see what, if anything, is going on. Good luck with yours.

  • This is a very good video. I am a cancer survivor who spent 22 years in the military and my parting gift was cancer. At the same time one of my sisters had esophageal cancer (yeah at the same time). I had no idea the impact that sugar had on cancer. Fast forward I lost an uncle, sister and brother from Pancreatic cancer all within one year. I became numb and went into deep depression. I have learned better and am implementing, less carbs, not eating out as much as possible, cooking, gardening and exercising daily Although the exercise while in the military didn't stop it. I am growing. I have been cancer free for 16 years. I am sharing all that I learn and explaining this to my daughter. I am no longer diabetic, PCOS not sure about anymore, migraines gone, nerve pain has decreased and vertigo almost gone. I have lost 67lbs and my goal to continue until i get all or as much of my visceral fat gone as possible.

Little did I knew that it was caused by a massive tumor on my L1 vertebrae causing it to eventually fracture on Jul22. Thankfully I didn't end up a paraplegic and got that fixed (corpectomy & fusion) but vertebrae tumors are rare and most of the time caused by a marrow illness. I lost a lot of muscle mass while I fasted basically starving myself instead of the tumor. Understanding the press/pulse concept, unfortunately, doesn't help me because no doctors in Canada would prescribe glutamine inhibitor to treat cancer. All they want is it push chemo, radiation, and surgery. Very sad.

Now I'm taking my health into my own hands. The way the medical industrial complex handles cancer patients is nothing short of malpractice. The "experts" have no idea what they're doing. The same goes for the experts who tell us evolution is a proven fact. The medical and scientific establishment are totally incompetent and morally compromised. I like the information in this video and I appreciate Dr. Seyfried's courage and willingness to go against the mainstream narrative on cancer, but I wish he would focus on what he knows and stop bringing evolution into this discussion. Had two options steroid shot or chemo and I wasn’t going to put him through either esp considering he was still relatively “healthy” and normal. Before I knew about keto diet or carnivore I researched that grains feed on tumor and can enlarge them. I cut off kibbles from his diet completely and fed only meat based food. A month later all his tumors shrunk. He went on to live a few more years before he passed but the whole time was “normal” in personality, I believed the change in diet on my furbaby prolonged his life.

Those were swollen and looked angry for some time, then it started shrinking. After having no energy for the first 4 months on insulin, she now is always happy to walk and playing with her toys constant. Only thing is eyesight deteriorating fast. Been at two vets, they did nothing only pushed grain based foods. And they knew she only gets raw meat and then high fat meat. Insane. Can't find much info on eyes on the internet either. 😢

Had I just fed him mostly meat from his younger years he would still be with me. Those packaged foods are not good for our pets. I also realized I was over vaccinating him and certain vaccinations would have enlarged the tumor and kill him. Just like big corp lies about food pyramid so do vets or they only know what was taught to them. For example I didn’t realize how bad the heart worm shot was. I just give them monthly pills now. The fat prevents sugar spikes so if after a meal she is still checking her bowl I would give slice of butter. That kills the diabetic hunger as well. I have stopped vaccinating her at 7 (she is 11.5). It is truly worrying here in UK as well the amount of jabs dogs are getting. The owners are powerless and pets have no rights to vote😔I only get antibody blood test which satisfies my dog day care people. In the last few months I have been investigating the keto diet while practicing a carnivore diet. The more I read up on keto diets the more hopeful I have become. I recently started taking supplementary keytones in my diet while continuing on carnivore. I immediately noticed some relief to the dreadful side effects associated with chemical castration drugs. I fully intend to continue into practicing a keto diet. At the point in time, I have nothing to lose. The clock is ticking and convention medicine has let me down.

    • Keto diet will feed prostate cancer as it is driven by feeding dominantly on L’Glutamine an amino acid very much found in meat. Your better off vegan and high fat from vegetable oils from olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oil. Cancer can’t use fat - you can Keto won’t help you ! glyconeogenesis is the liver making sugar. Fasting your body breaks down skeletal muscle which has tons of L’Glutamine to feed your cancer. Take metformin it lowers sugar from the liver and disrupts L’Glutamine. Plus exercise hard daily to offset free circulating L’Glutamine. Eat a vegan diet with lots of olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil, as cancer can’t use fat for its cellular metabolism though fermentation. But you can use fat for energy in your mitochondria via ATP and burn ketones as fuel instead of sugar. Eat lots of fibrous low carb vegetables & salad plus real carbs like potatoes pumpkins sweet potato’s in small amounts. Get 50% of your daily calories from added oils. 119 calories per table spoon add 4-5 per meal. Eat at 12 noon & 6pm for an 18 hr daily fast. Use Ozone rectal insufflation at home 🏠 Use systemic proteolytic enzyme therapy on a empty stomach twice daily. See Dr Kelly’s work. Find metformin online from india if you can’t get a prescription. I’ve got lots more advise. I coach cancer patients online with natural methods. Look into a RIFE machine, PEMF. Look into Joe Tippins protocol and the veterinary Drug fenbendazole and also look into medical cannabis oil 👍

    • Thanks for sharing your story. I hope things have been going well for you, and that you're finding therapies & solutions that are effective -- for your particular case. ENERGYbits is a low carb "food" that I recently found, which I wonder if it might have application for you; it's a very high quality version of spirulina (best I was able to find, after lots of searching). I'm a bit curious about what you term as "supplementary keytones". Would that be a food based supplement, such as MCT oil? Or is it a different type of supplement, that you are willing to share about? (which has a beneficial effect, helping a person get more into a state of ketosis)

Ive been steadily reducing carb content and portion sizes for the past year. Never felt better. Lost heaps of belly fat. I'm now shooting for under 20g of carbs per day. There are plenty of inexpensive and tasty foods with little or no carbs. It all starts at the supermarket. You are what you shop for.

  • Thank you guys. Very helpful and the take away is. Be in a state that represents how we lived 1000 years ago. Partially hungry and then gorge on the natural things. Sucking down candy is the problem All foods that tastes 11/10 as doucette says are too good. You will over eat and crave them. Craving things is why i'm not keto. I think i need to re-think that to go on keto benders not candy benders. Cheers This is simplified and makes much more sense than it sounded like a year ago. It's taken a year to be able to swing in and out of ketosis. To fast long term. But then again I haven't fasted more than 2 days. Time to try more days. I've done two days with no water as well. It was fairly easy but the time my body said give me water. It tasted like candy. The water filled my appetite and I didn't eat for a few more hours after that first sit. It felt like I was Indiana's dad with the chalice of life.

But something is better than nothing when paring with a reduction in carbs. One bagel is worth two days of carbs! Took me a year to adjust and learn and get better at reducing carbs. If I got cancer, I would adjust in a heartbeat. It is ALL down to what is more important to you. Going low carb and Keto, has reduced my inflammation to where I no longer have asthma!
