I was worried about this matchup for Morton but he pitched well.
Make it 6 wins in a row!!! Another excellent win for the braves. Great work from Charlie with 6 innings 2 run, he was really solid. Bullpen was outstanding once again, great work from jimenez, minter, and iglesias. Travis hits another homer, what a series he is having, michael also had a really good game. Amazing win to take the first two of this series. Vines on the mound tomorrow looking for the series sweep. Let’s go braves #ForTheA

Two things are obvious here. 1 - the Braves are going to be very, very good this year. Again. 2 - whoever the video editor for MLB is, they hate the Atlanta Braves.

Does the two Major League Baseball teams, the Texas Rangers (which they are in the West Division of the American League) and the Atlanta Braves (which they are in the East Division of the National League) have Southern roots? Did they play on Saturday? Are they Southerners?

All World Series-winning teams do. There hasn't been a back-to-back winning team since the Yankees in the '90s, who did it from 1998 to 2000. I was in both elementary school and just starting middle school when they did it.

I’m confused. 1. Why were there 2 different catchers that weren’t Jonah Heim? 2. Where was Leody Taveras in center field? 3. Never seen that pitcher, number 49, don’t know his name. Rangers be playing around on one of the best mlb teams 😕
Heim is dealing with a family member that passed away. So probably aren’t gonna rush him back. Taveras was in center. And Austin Pruitt is in the bullpen. You can’t use the same guys every night so someone has to pitch. He got rocked but that’s baseball.
