Blackpink Jennie's biggest beauty secret is finally out. Jennie recently vlogged her trip to France for Paris Fashion Week and showcased the ways she prepares for such a big event. She had a fitting at Chanel to decide on the outfit she would wear to the fashion show, along with the shoes, accessories, and any finishing touches to the look. However, an unexpected part is that Jennie isn’t afraid to eat at her favourite udon noodle shop the day before the show. Celebrities avoid eating noodles or salty food before any event because it makes your face puffy. Before getting ready, Jennie gave herself an ice water facial. This helps deal with facial bloating. This isn’t the first time Jennie has done this. First, she gets a cold facial massage. Then, she dunks her face in the bowl of ice water. Do you guys use this hack too?

  • Actually Jennie was afraid to eat salty and spicy food before in time too and also revealed once that her face does get puffy due to it and she is a bit envious of Jisoo on this cuz her face doesn't swell up when she eats spicy food ....but i guess she has overcame that and is now enjoying life to her fullest 😊, happy for her🎉(i assume the dip of face in ice water was to reduce any possible inflation caused due to the spicy food otherwise, you don't really need to do that)😊

  • Guys, u need to understand that this lifehack doesn’t suit for everyone. Fans, who in eurpean and have really thick skin shouldn’t do the same with face because the blood vessels narrow and in predisposed individuals cupirosis may appear (vascular network at the wings of the nose and cheeks), rosacea may worsen, or cold urticaria may occur. The softer and lighter the skin and the more superficially located the blood vessels, the higher the likelihood of all of these problems. If it works on her, it doesn’t mean that it works on everyone, just remember that❣️

  • Nah I’m kinda the same. If I have an event coming up I don’t eat salty food for a week. /limit the salt intake to a minimum. My face genuinely is noticeably puffier when I eat salt (more than the average person puffiness) which is weird so I just don’t before an event 😭
