Nowadays people love those 'girl crush' vibes idols who are boyish and kinda have image of being carefree, so Karina's personality is really refreshing. She has this elegant vibe but still so soft spoken what a cutie ㅠㅠ

- @Rê R Look, I can understand that sentiment. But hating/making disparaging comments will not help those “underrated” idols. It would probably be better if you focused your energy on making them more known, giving them the uplifting support they deserve and shower them with attention, right? I’m sure it would also make you yourself happier. Life is already hard enough - no need to fill it with more negativity. Also, the harsh reality of the entertainment industry is that looks and appearances are often just as important factors as talent. And there is really nothing wrong with being beautiful and using it as a “talent”. We make do with what we have. And that’s just how the world works.

- @Rê R Look, I think you are a bit too heated to see things through logically. In fact, I'd say you are the one who is out of touch with reality. Of course it would be nice if the world only judged based on how a person is on the inside, rather than focusing on their appereance. But the truth of our society is that looks are unfortunately given far more importance than it should be. People are more likely to be hired if they are attractive (at normal cooperate jobs, not even entertainment!) and generally are treated not with the same standards as "average" ones. That is not only a weakness of Kpop, but in our society as a whole. So until you are able to change the reality of the world we live in, your comments will lead to absolutely nowhere. And it still does not make sense to me to bash Karina just because she profits from this superficial system. Many idols do - it is literally their job to conform and surpass the ideals of beauty and society. The more vehement and personal your comments, the more it seems like you are just jealous and less than you are angry about the injustice of this system. And I will not get even further into the whole Big3 privilege debate. There are enough videos and threads for that where you can argue to your hearts content. I am also satisfied with my participation in this conversation here. You have obviously made up your mind and will not change it and that is alright. But I too, stand by my point. The way she speaks just naturally without sounding condescending or acting like she's a know-it-all in this vlog. She's just simply sharing what she knows and what she likes and what she usually do, she's so simple but so endearing tbh. She's also soft spoken and from the previous videos, you can see how good she treats her members. Her parents really did a great job raising her, she grew up so well. It's still mind-blowing to me how can someone be so pretty, talented, has a great body, and also have such a pleasing personality like Karina. She's not God's favorite, she's the goddess herself.

- One of her classmates stated that she was bullied in school but karina became her friend and it was because of karina that this classmate got picked on less. Karina made things easier on her. Karina is such a gentle soul, and sweet. Its unbelievable how people hated on her without even knowing her. She was the one person u go to so bullies would pick on u less coz no one would dare mess with karina.

When i first saw her on the debut teaser, her image is so diva-ish and cold, but she is none like that. Her way of talking is soooooo calm and magnetic. I found the only artist from SM with this kind of aura before, its Krystal Jung. Btw im taking notes of all the brand that she mentioned here hahhahahaa. I only notice Ruby Woo lipstick from MAC that famous as Taylor Swift lipstick, but Karina could pull off any lipstick color cos honestly she is too damnn gorgeous

연예계에서 싸했던 사람들은 하나같이 나락을 갔던 나락탐지견이었는데 카리나는 데뷔 전?초?쯤에 루머 엄청 많았어서 약간 그냥 찾아보지도 않고 그런 편이었는데 노래도 너무 좋고 다시 보니까 그냥 사람이 너무 좋고 착해보임 순해보이고 관상자체도 좋고.. 내가 왜 오해를 하고 있었을까

Karina is quite literally the most beautiful person in the world. Her features like lips, eyes even face shape, body and hair are textbook perfect. A charming personality and talent on top on that, no wonder people were so threatened by her.
