@@philtucker1224 if i can remember it well. most of it he just bought with cash. only the cars and probably the pumps are on a loan. Sid has the odd situation that in a way he has two separate incomes. 1. his actual job. 2. the money he gets from his KZhead videos. plus the better the kit he has the more work he and Kevin can do. he does need to keep busy but that is more because work or no work. Sid has to both pay Kevin and keep his own family happy.

This is why I watch British content, excellent attention to detail and a well developed, self-deprecating sense of humor. Sid expects the best of himself, and he upholds his high standards week after week, job after job. He works to please himself, and his standards are often higher than his client's expectations, which is the secret to being both successful and personal content contentment. It is always satisfying to watch Sid's posts...well, except for when Sid takes nerve wracking chances when trying to reach the last clump of moss on a very difficult roof.
Sid - "I know what all of you are thinking in the comments right now" ... nothing to do with trowels seeing you scoop that out! I'm 39 and it still looks like poop! Am I immature!? Also, love the T-shirt color, really stands out. Nice to have these multi-job videos too. Bring on spring!

My 3am thoughts were, wow, those gloves must be tough, didn't even give a trowel a thought! One of my other thoughts was how did I miss the first part of the playground clean😮. Heat certainly made a huge difference. Loved the new drain blockage clearer. Nearly able to replace the dirt into the paddock opposite 😂 Last thought, Top jobs, well done 🎉

Chuckled when you said you couldn't see a thing working the black asphalt with black sludge water. Not a surprise, you actually did quite well and it looked much better. Nice your anti-wet shoes are still doing well. Thank you for mentioning to go slow on asphalt and to use circular or figure-8 motions. Good little pump you got. Remember that the earlier section of playground cleaned-up very well. (That is the first time I've seen someone try to blow feathers...they wouldn't fit a "herdable" category.) Have really liked the heat work but that was very kind of you to show the difference between cold and hot water effectiveness while washing there. That play area turned-out well. Good observation in noticing odd things growing in the roof gutters and down spouts across the street. That was a nice completion of areas at the school. The yard cleanup must have cheered the owners to no end. Safe to walk on, bright and setting off the yard and home. You've taught us to clear drains, where possible. (Perhaps major drain cleaning is something you can add at times in when doing a job or a friend to call?) You prove your point every time with your sound protocol. Street cleanup was noticeably neat.

And now I know what I did wrong when I power washed the tarmac,(asphalt in American), two houses ago with my brandy new power washer I bought at home Depot!😮 Thankfully, my circles were nice and even, and it had been so filthy anything g was an improvement, also the cheap unit wasn't very powerful😅

Looks like the drain unblocker and trowel might be new tools to keep in the van lol, least they don't take up much space. Love the transformations in these! I had to laugh at the drain unblocker spraying everywhere, although once you did get it aimed it looked like you were doing something else lol. Not surprised the neighbours gave you dirty looks 🤣🤣

In the states the rule is to have your landscape slope away from the house rather than towards it. That way if you have to have some sort of drain and it plugs up then you will not have the water next to the house and flowing into the house or soaking into the ground next to the foundation which can cause flooding into a basement or settling of the foundation which can cause cracks in the interior and exterior walls.

Sid, get some cheap trowels or feed scoops from the pound shop to have on hand! Even the full plastic kind that are meant for the beach are better than poking your hand down a clogged sewer grate!

Might not be 100% as you say but personally I think it's better than the 80% you pegged it at - there's many who would not have had the knowledge to go in neat from the start and definitely not have the perseverance to do it 5 times by hand to achieve the result you did! Good tip for homeowners, about the drains. You don't have to be that terribly handy to take the screens off a drain, scoop out the sand and yuck into a bucket, and rinse with the hose. Think of the cost and trouble you are saving taking care of this on a warm day, instead of waiting untill it's pissing down rain, freezing cold, and the water is flooding in those lovely patio doors!
