MK party's Nhlamulo Ndhlela says in an event where the ConCourt rules
against Jacob Zuma, he urges supporters to vote for the MK party. He says this is to ensure a two-thirds majority in order for the party to change
the constitution to put Zuma in power.

You're right Mr. Ndlela. Another point that needs highlighting point on the hypocrisy of Ramaphosa's ANC is what happened when PW Botha declined appearing at the TRC - he was not taken to the ConCourt but to the magistrate. Of course Mbeki attended PW's funeral which says a whole lot about his loyalties. The point is that all apartheid criminals (and spies) went scot free yet the fighter, Zuma is being persecuted every turn.

It’s a silly application. The court needs a quorum of 8 from its 11 judges to preside over a matter. Right now there are 10 judges so if 6 recuse themselves then it means the issue can’t be heard. There is no conflict of interest. Incase Zondo who Zuma called a friend and then an enemy had already stated that he will not take part.
