Was such a great tribute to Richard. They did a tribute when no one else did not even the official WRC broadcasting did it at the time or the beginning of 2006.

These guys only ever did three tributes to driving legends: Richard Burns Ayrton Senna Jim Clark And all of them will bring tears to your eyes.

I don't remember they did a tribute for Burns. I definitely remember Senna and Clark.

@@farishanafiah8461 they didn’t do a full blown segment like Senna or Clark (this was an early season so hardly any budget or reputation to swing around) Instead they mentioned it during The News, and showed a brief montage of Richard racing, then Jeremy talked about how Burns (who was his neighbor and friend) would come round and play WRC on the playstation with Clarksons son who was only a little boy (and always lose). And then say how much they’re going to miss him.

Without them, Subaru and Mitsubishi would not have succeeded

In the US we didn't get Top Gear. So I didn't know who he was. I'm glad I do now though. I found out who some of the drivers were through video games. Who's the idiot who down voted this? Thanks.

Was lovely to see this at the time. His death didn't get much attention at the time because he died on the same day as George Best, at least Top Gear tribute to him though.
