  • I adopted a pure bred black lab female. She is amazing. She only cares about me and ball, mostly ball though. She is super loyal but also super friendly.

  • WoW she's beautiful! it's so nice to see a healthy Lab that's not over weight! You're a great puppy Guardian Bex! My boxer Hudson shot off the couch when Molly squeezed her beer can and then ran up to the tv when Molly barked. LOL he stood there watching her for quite a while. Well done! You're doing well by her for sure!

    • It sure is something to keep an eye on with labs, they can so easily get overweight. As she's young she's very active which helps :) Awww that's so cute ^_^ (hehe one of my lil bros is called Hudson!) She has loads of toys but that beer can is one of her faves, she loves it cause the squeaker is really loud lol! Thankyou very much! :D

    • Thanks Mandy :D They apparently have a rapid growth spurt up to about 6 months and then it slows a bit. We are just waiting on her first season now and then a few months after she can be spayed. X

  • It's nice to see a lab that's not overweight, I have a black lab bitch and she's naturally of a slim build. Many people come up to me and say "aww no she's too thin" or something like that. (She's not too thin, she's a perfect weight) it's just that so many people are used to seeing fat labs.

    • Yes I know exactly what you mean, Molly hasn't had her first season yet so not been spayed, they can have a tendency to put a little bit on after that but hopefully with all her walks and playing and food control we'll keep her nice a slender.

    • It depends on the dog, English labs are heavier and slightly shorter than American labs. The title English and American refers to a different breed standard rather than geographic location. Molly seems to be an English "American Lab" Either way she is a beautiful dog.

    • She had a weigh in last month and she's 25kg which is a good weight for her to be at so will keep an eye now she's been spayed.

  • She's very similar to my black lab as she has a nice slim build, I'm guessing her parents or at least on of her parents are from a working background. Lovely dog!

    • We have her family line paperwork but not looked into it really. I think she's from the Sandringham line. Her mum had a slim build and we have a photo of the father, who was a rather handsome looking dog.

  • Careful Bex... you so nearley got in front of the camera !!!! IDogs are great company... I have 2 Lurchers myself... Boy are they lazy slobs... For every 100yds they walk, they sleep for an hour....

    • Hehe yeah :P The powers of editing ey ;) I am on some others videos, albeit unwillingly hehe! They sure are, both Indi and Molly are really great, so affectionate. Molly actually lets me crawl under her and lift her up on my shoulders lol!! Though as she gets bigger I don't think i'll manage to lift her.

  • Nice to see u love your dog to bits I have a spool. and woodnt sell him if I was offered a million. pounds . and that's true. .A nice sounding bike to love the Honda sound .and feel. I had the varedero then transalp now varedero again only problem with transalp is you can't find a reason to change it

    • +Bex88 labs and golden retrievers LOVE water. thats why they are great duck hunting and rescue dogs. if you look at her paws, youll notice that between the toes they have extra skin. almost like swimming webbing
