KZheadr Race Number 2. Tamiya TT-02's kindly donated by Tamiya UK. The Tamiya 1991 Audi V8. We raced them stock (apart from bearings and tyres) at a neutral track that nobody other than Vinny had raced at. This race was down to driver skill, RC Car setting up and a little bit of luck (and cheating).

Looked like a lot of fun. Seeing people having a laugh while racing similar spec entry level Tamiya RCs demonstrates that you don't need to spend a fortune to enjoy the hobby.

Awesome seeing these Tamiya TT02's racing stock standard with a few basic upgrades. Used to own an original Tamiya Hornet years ago and a m01 mini but no longer. Would love to get into racing these.

I loved my Tamiya TL 01 in the 90s. My dad used to take my racing every Sunday in Southampton and take me to model shops in Alton and Southampton from Fareham to get my upgrades. Best times of my life. Thanks dad. I'm 37 now and loving these videos. I want to go racing again haha

This looks so much fun (and fairly local to me)! TAMIYA was the brand that got me into RC (back in the 90’s). For me the build is as much part of the fun as running the cars and I always end up more attached to a built kit than a bought RTR car 😎

I like watching your videos, back in the old days the only way you can learn about a certain rc, was to buy it... your content shows people just about everything about rc's..Imagine the money you and the others have saved people from spending...How to fix too...👍🏾👏🏼💯 when I was younger, a friend of mine had a "Tamiya"... I was so jealous... at least I think it was, it was a truck with a side step in between the cab n box, it was black with Multicolor pinstripes.... if I remember correctly... but anyways keep up the great work and have a nice day..👍🏾👍🏾✌🇨🇦💯
