Hello they recently put my permanent retainer on, and my teeth are still slightly crooked not exactly aligned I’m wonder if there’s chance of them being straightened out over time? If they can natural shift into being more aligned with each other,
Nothing is going to move with the permanent retainer- it glues them together- you should point this out to your doctor and ask for it to be finished and the retainer redone- in the US usually they have you sign off on a case as a "statement of satisfaction" so not sure what you signed- if you didn't then you have a right to complain-

LOL you almost had me confused. I had to go ask my dentist hubby what the heck tungsten was! We call those carbides Where We Are. Anyways we start off with diamond and then go to 12 fluted carbide and then whites stone, greenie brownie
