I also love the subtle Final Wars reference for Gigan's death. His head getting decapitated is similar to how he decapitated himself with his own Bloody Sickles in the movie as well as when he got up to try to shoot one of the kaijus, it's also another reference as to how even after losing his head, Gigan was still alive and walking only to get kamikaze'd by Mothra. Speaking of Mothra, the way Rodan tackled Gigan on to the ground is somewhat similar to Mothra. They both similarly tackled the same opponent but only one of them survived

Godzilla closing his eyes in defeat at 21:05 hits differently when all the other times he's been staring death at the face he was staring forward without flinching as in 17:00. Destoroyah just utterly shattered his spirit by killing the other titans and overpowering him so hugely, something not even Ghidorah has ever managed. I can't possibly put into words how impressed I am by this animation. The action scenes are amazing but the quieter, subtler moments like the above and the tranquil ending manages to mesh so well with the hilariously high level of violence without feeling out of place.

Until now, I noticed that Kiryu's name, changes to Dagon at 18:37
27:19 This may actually be one of the most emotional movie sequences I've seen in a long time man. Behemoth and Scylla lie there clearly dead and gone, Methuselah presumably has passed as well, and the others all heavily wounded from the toughest fight of their lives. Rodan and Mothra waiting by, just hoping that their Alpha is still alive somehow and will return to them soon, and Kong, seeming to be the one under the most emotional distress doing the same, except he isn't hoping for the same thing the other two are. He doesn't see Godzilla as what the way the others do. He isn't waiting on his Alpha, what he's waiting on and praying for is so much more than that. Kong is waiting to see the one that was once his fiercest rival turned greatest ally. What he's waiting on and wants to see is his *friend*. They exist there in that moment in complete silence, no words are needed here. Rodan leaves first, as expected since his relationship with Godzilla isn't nearly as grounded as the others. It's becoming dark, so then the Queen figures that the King would have returned to them by then if he was still alive. Coming to this conclusion, a heartbroken Mothra flies off as well. Time continues, getting darker and darker. Kong stays. He doesn't want to believe what all the others did. He couldn't. But the clock ticks on. Minute after minute pass by, and his friend still is nowhere to be found. He hates to, all he wants is just to see his ally, his friend, one last time, but hope is being lost and faith is becoming more and more difficult to maintain. He didn't want to, but he knew it was time for him to let it go. He turns to leave, knowing Godzilla was done for, only to be stopped by SpaceGodzilla, who is carrying Godzilla down with him. He drops the limp Gojira in front of Kong, who goes to check the pulse of his ally. Nothing. There was nothing. His friend was done for and there was nothing he could do to bring him back. It was all over. He and SpaceGodzilla lock eyes and likely communicate somehow before SpaceGodzilla silently takes his leave, leaving Kong alone with the lifeless body of Godzilla. There's nothing left to do and Kong knows this. As one final token of gratitude, admiration, love, and respect for his fallen ally, he drops his axe next to him before finally taking his leave just as the others did. The background music here is so simple, but it serves it's purpose perfectly. It sets the tone so well and fits the atmosphere of what you're seeing and experiencing there down to the very last detail. This was honestly just so amazing and beautiful. Even with limited resources SlicK knows how to communicate and portray so much emotion in his animations. Even when working with characters that can't and don't even actually say a single word in a nearly 30 minute animation, he can still pull your heartstrings and really make you feel for the characters and what they're feeling emotionally. Just absolutely incredible. SlicK is going to go places if he sticks with his work man, I can feel it. And better believe I'll here for every last bit of it.

Actually Kong still sense Big G's pulse but it is weak now so he dropped his axe to let our Big G earn a little energy to crawl back to the ocean

Can’t believe I just stumbled across this now! Absolutely outdone yourself and this was some innovative and original storytelling right here. That has to be what I admire the most about this whole project! I love how well you treated monsters like Rodan and Kong and Behemoth with absolute respect. Gigan showing up was a very nice surprise and I love the suspenseful scene between him and Kong/Rodan/Behemoth. Poor Behemoth man. That scene was so chilling that I was getting Texas Chainsaw Massacre vibes. Which is amazing because I never thought to make that connection with Gigan until seeing this animation. It’s been clear since you started how much your videos put the MV to shame in terms of fights, but this just cements that fact to an entirely new level. The amount of character you were able to evoke within ever single kaiju is beyond words. That’s not an easy task in the slightest, especially with how the genre has been handled, so in terms of monster action and monster story telling you genuinely killed it, SlicK! I noticed how MG in part 1 was very much like Fox in Super Smash Bros Brawl when he saves Diddy and takes on Rayquaza, and your use of Smash sound effects works amazing here. Really lends to that ultimate fighter vibe. The ending reminded me a lot of Superman and Lois where they save Clark by tossing him into the sun, and I love how you made Godzilla so vulnerable in this animation because it really speaks to his willpower and overall character when you realize how much of a tough motherfucker he is. Someone who doesn’t back down in the face of adversity. The way you characterized Godzilla and Kong are both just truly immaculate. And I can only WISH we get something a fraction as close as amazing as this in the Monsterverse. I did think a lot the fights were too fast and I’m not sure if it’s a matter of needing more frames to work with, but I know FlowFrames is a great AI frame interpolation software that could help with this if it’s an issue. So far it seems to be a stylistic choice which is always fantastic. I also noticed how anime-esque the fights are and how much inspiration is drawn from games like the aforementioned Super Smash Bros series, and that’s honestly great. I do think it gets a bit too overboard sometimes, but coming hot off 3 superman TV Shows I realize that’s what’s needed to spice up the genre and fight scenes. I also thoroughly enjoyed how vibrant the color palettes were, how dynamic you’ve framed many shots (intense lighting, well defined silhouettes, shot composition, etc) As something entirely new and original, this is beyond phenomenal. You’ve genuinely outdone yourself, as you seem to do with each project. Keep it up man! Cannot wait to see more!!!

This makes SpaceGodzilla and Destoroyah even more badass than they already were. And they were already very badass from the start. Also, I cannot help but stare wide eyed at Gigan’s, Kiryu’s, SpeaceGodzilla’s, and Destoroyah’s designs. That look so awesome, especially Gigan. Fantastic work all around. This, Death Battle’s Godzilla vs Gamera, and Freddygbaf’s Godzilla vs Slenderzilla series are the best pieces of kaiju fan made media ever.
Fun fact:the gigan design is based off the 2004 final wars/millennium gigan showed in Godzilla final wars.it’s just a little more perfect and the ogrinal 2004 gigan.

I am speechless. I was hooked the entire time. I loved the inspiration taken from dragonball, avengers endgame, including the alternate final fight scene with space Godzilla basically being Dr strange showing g-man the vision of Kong dying, like cap dying to Thanos. Loved as well as the lore with Dagon zilla's memory of his defeat of muto prime. Your love and attention to detail with legendary's monsterverse lore is astounding. More than ever now do I want to see a god vs devil aka Godzilla vs Destroyah. The hype is real but I know it won't measure up to the interconnectivity displayed with your series and in this one video alone.
This is insane. The fact that one person can make such an insane Kaiju fight is unbelievable.
I said it on the last G vs D comments, and I'll say it again. Legendary should hire you to storyboard their kaiju sequences. Not just the fights, either. You have a gift for presenting the kaijus' motion and emotion in a very believable way. Wonderful!

This is one of if not the most epic battle animation I have ever seen. That one last beat with godzilla tackling destroyah to the sun using his iconic flying move is pure gold ! Really hope the monsterverse handles destroyah and gigan as shown in this vid. If they want to finish the godzilla series, this is the perfect ending for a destroy all monsters film !

This animation is so frigging spectacular, i love the adaptation of space g, instead of being aggressive, hes more defensive and counters as a alternate godzilla, kiryu plays as the role of dagon, gigan is used with the help of muto prime, and destroyah remains sorta anonymous.

This is without a doubt the BEST Godzilla animation I’ve ever seen to come out of sticknodes. I loved the effects, lighting, sounds, and music choice. When I saw it was 28 minutes I was thinking to myself, what a madman. You’ve surpassed all of us, I’m proud. Can’t wait to see what you do in the future!

SpaceGodzilla for MVP. Strong enough to take on Destroyer 1v1, got everybody to work together, and showed constant teamwork in the fight. Him spiraling his shot around Destroyer's beam was awesome. Easily SpaceG's best showing in any Godzilla media I've seen. Funny how he slips so easily into the Big Good role. Never would've suspected it of him...

This is perfection incarnate, never have i seen something so well made from a story sense, animation wise and detail wise at the same time. I assure you no detail went unnoticed and cannot praise you enough for this. If I could describe this with one sentence it would be "but wait, there's more!" From Space Godzilla growing slightly larger after juicing himself up to Destoroyah going from keeping up with him to giving everyone a run for their money. You nailed everyone's personality like Rodan's cockiness to Godzilla's *horrifying* temper, his unyielding fury over his subjects, friends and kingdom being ravaged by this demon. You nailed down their fighting styles as well, how they don't just mindlessly swing or bite, how they fight while extremely fatigued and how their accelerated healing helped them recover to fight more near the end. Destoroyah was portrayed perfectly as well and you NAILED his power. His ridiculous regeneration and adaptability meant that "just beating him" would do nothing but make him angry. And it did. It wasn't the power of friendship or plot that made him lose, his temper and malice did. He could have killed everyone but instead wanted to personally see Big G and Space G burn. Hats off to you my friend, beautifully done.
This has totally positioned SlicK has the absolute king of Godzilla sticknodes. The madlad didn't only made great fight sequences, but also an actually great storyline that managed to include Kiryu, Gigan and Space Godzilla without any problem. The Monsterverse should *definitely* take notes from this one if they have plans of have a finale.

This is the best Godzilla fight I've ever seen! Perfect use of villian with Destroyah, great ensemble battle, Space G was awesome, and this was probably top 5 coolest moments with the big G-Man I've seen. It didn't dawn on me that Ghidorah wasn't even part of the fight. It would've been cool to have seen Ghidorah and Godzilla team up, but I prefer what you made. Ghidorah should always be a rival/villian for Godzilla. Also RIP Mechagodzilla in the first part, he was so freaking cool. Honestly you've convinced me that Destroyah needs a rebirth on the big screen he's so bad ass. And gotta love G-man for win. Awesome video!

Just, wow, this was amazing. SpaceGodzilla and Destoroyah were just oozing with power. And your take on Gigan is probaby the most unique one I’ve seen with it basically having the mind of the MUTO Prime, which also makes the rematch with Kiryu (Dagon) that much more impactful, since Dagon got the revenge he deserved millennia ago, kind of completing his arc. The battles and 3D effects of the stks are just chef’s kiss beautiful, I also like the fact that the titans showed mourning behavior when Methuselah, Scylla, and Behemoth died, shows these are not mindless monsters, they actually have emotions, and they saw them as friends. I really hope for the Monsterverse’s finale, they do something similar to this, because this is a fucking masterpiece, 10/10 fucking perfect, especially for StickNodes.

Good stuff, your designs are fantastic sticking to the originals yet throwing your own twists. I gotta say I enjoyed seeing Space Godzilla being so agile and fluid with it's movements, really hammering home that it is alien and doesn't act like any terrestrial Kaiju in movement nor ability. It's movements reminded me of 1998 (and more so the animated show that followed that movie) Godzilla's agility, I'm likely seeing what I want to see there however. Gigans design is killer and just seems like the next step evolution from the Final Wars design, and Kiryu's? Masterful, excellent, perfect, other good words. Keep up the magnificent work whether it is Godzilla or not, your animations will take you places

The fact that godzilla got his dorsals shattered for the second time, and lost a part of his tail is something you don't usually get from a godzilla movie. This is an amazing animation and you should be one of the people making godzilla movies because this was just completely amazing. For sticknodes, this is the best 2d animation I've ever seen.

No joke, the BEST animation so far on KZhead. I thought the 1st part of Godzilla vs Destoroyah couldn't be bested, but I was dead wrong. The effects and details in this animation are STAGGERING. And the small nod to Goji losing his tail and Dorsal fin like in the Manga is amazing, as well as Showa Godzilla reference where Goji properls himself with Atomic Breath! And, of course, your talent of animating front view action got even better. It's crazy how you manage to make this in such a small time

This is the sickest animation I have ever seen on KZhead. The raw emotion without a single word (except from the human characters) needed, and the smoothness of the animation along with the epic soundtrack to go with it too (especially the Fire Emblem tracks bc I’m a fan of it). Slick made 2d stick nodes look like actual 3d animations, and the composition, the pacing, the transitions and acting, everything is on point my dude...and there's been many golden shots, but the compo, sound, effects, animation and ACTING between 16:13 and 16:29 is SPECTACULAR, my man gave Big G attitude, he should consider work as a 3d animator because it works quite similar to sticknodes, he would absolutely KILL IT!!!

@Maria Marroquin mechagodzilla 2021 was dead at the previous episode but this mechagodzilla was kiryu the strongest version of mechagodzilla in the whole franchise
I love everything you did and how it made so many references I liked the feeling of god vs. Devil and you made the most amazing animation ever. this animation should be a part of history and so should you. I loved part 1 and like this part 1000x more also loved what you did with kiryu, Rodan, especially with how made him have control over fire.

This was really emotional for me. The ending got me, and I thought Godzilla died. I almost cried, but when I saw he was okay I was glad. Such, an amazing animation, a lot of build-up. Best Stick Node, animation ever.

Holy shit dude. I thought part 1 was amazing, but this.. this was just on a whole other level. The creativity, the story, everything about this was way above top notch. I did not expect it to be this good. I could barely even breath in disbelief after watching this. Now I know why it took so long for you to make this. You need like some type of reward. I love that Destroyah uses the same moves to avoid the spikes just like Mega charizard X against groudon, and the sounds from when Destroyah died is the one used in primal where the zombie sauropod burns to death.

This is what I'm calling a spectacular, fantastic, awesome, amazing, outstanding and magestic. Through all of my life roaming around Stick Nodes with Godzilla, i have never ever seen one this good, this one crossed the line by miles. It is definitely one of my favorites videos I've ever watched in KZhead, although despite of the fact this is coming to an end, it's not what matters. The animation, effects, models, everything is just as perfect as they are. This is something that i couldn't even do even if i try my hardest, but there is still room to improve however. I want to thank you by a lot for this, you truly made my life more meaningful now that I'm feeling better. You even gave me a motive to continue some of my animation's, i love your work and i will not forget about it. Never stop with your work of art
