DAMN!!!! That final lap was Amazing
This was such a joy to race in. I was very pleasantly surprised with my finish. I would've been pleased with just finishing 4th or 5th! I managed to keep a fairly clean race but still had incidents with some faster GTs. Plus I had some great battles over 4th and 3rd in the end. This had to be my best race so far on 8th Gear. GGs to everyone who participated in this mini MCEC.

It's an old one, I was there :D I totally agree, lesser and bigger class is better. At some point, so much classes with less performance differences leeds to some kind of mess :D
by the looks of it when you hit the stop stick it forced the nose down which then made you hit the red line/wall sticking out of the ground

The driving standards with the top 3 on that last lap were interesting lmao. Suppose it’s now ok to full throttle into the back of the lower class? So long as you are fighting for the lead on the last lap of course
It's a server with a tremendous amount of lag, the nature of multiclass makes it much harder to judge because the closing speeds are massive between classes. When I won MCEC on retail, I very rarely got involved in incidents because you can actually judge things with your eyes, not guess-work based on latency.

@@Merphos. Was the clip not an onboard? Or was it after the fact? Because I saw cars physically hitting other cars, no lag involved as far as I could tell
@@jackarmstrong7285 The pitlane incident was caused by lag. The incident after that was also caused by lag. The only one that wasn't caused completely by lag was at the final corner. Even that one, if you look at when I brake and then the reaction of the Gang Burrito, the momentum is not being transferred correctly because of the latency.

yeahh maybe i was more Class 2 pace, my fastest lap being 3 seconds faster than the next and the only one to finish on the lead lap really showed that lmao -- also nailed my pitstop strat by funneling right into a gap so i lost no time shame i got shafted in the qualifying race which put me in Class 3 but a win's a win o7

not having rear view mirrors or a map that shows what's happening behind you is kind of an issue for multi class races

Dear Broughy, I have a suggestion you could maybe suggest for PH devs and make content about, a random select but with a smaller selection AND endurance combined, having a smaller pool of cars but switching between them every lap, (and has repeats) IE a 20 lap race but with 4 cars that gets randomly selected for each lap you race. Just a thought I had watching this.
If Broughy wanted to he could, just a case of whether he wants to commit to a long race when he could do a normal 25-30m random
