20g melted butter
■Rare cheesecake
200g cream cheese
50g mascarpone cheese
50g granulated sugar
30ml hot water
5g sheet gelatin
150ml heavy cream
10g granulated sugar
5ml lemon juice
■Lemon curd
1 egg
50g granulated sugar
50ml lemon juice
50g unsalted butter
2g sheet gelatin
10ml hot water
■Cheese cream
50g mascarpone cheese
50ml heavy cream

    • It’s really expensive in Canada as well. And you have to go to a specialty store to buy it. So I tried making it homemade myself last week. I will never buy it from the store again. It’s not hard to make but does take time. And you have the added comfort of knowing exactly what is in what you made. Worth trying at least once. ❤️🇨🇦 hope you are all staying safe.

  • А если нет листового желатина, то сколько надо порошкового? Вот что я нашла: Листовой и гранулированный желатин отличаются своими желирующими свойствами, у листового желатина они выше в 1,5 раза. То есть 2 г листового желатина = 3 г гранулированного.

    • @@sh8068 yes it actually works on a springform pan. Just make sure you use a steam towel in removing the cake so you can achieve that smooth looking cake.

  • I think there's a secret 7th love language that's just baking for the people I love because there's truly nothing more calming to me than being able to stand in my kitchen and bake a delicious sweet dessert where unlike breakfast, dinner, and lunch which are necessary being able to surprise someone with their favorite desert for no other reason than "I love you, you're my found family" manages to make me feel happier than anything. I love watching these videos and getting inspired to try new funky recipes with the thought of "How can I make my friend smile?" Because now I have four recipes to try.
