Building and testing the most dangerous and outrageous grinder disc designs! In today's episode we have Quad Amputator 5 000 000! It has 4 really sharp saw blades ready to spin 10 000 rpm and spread love around! Don't try this stuff at home, all designs here are designed to be entertaining content, not to be used in real life by anyone. Manufacturing any of these designs is going to result in terrible injuries and death! We are trained professionals with strict safety plans that allow us to test these safely in controlled environment with out putting anybody on harms way.

  • If you’ve never used an air filter these are great. kzhead.infoUgkx_dppjvjF8BYEmPSDTcgCUdRsgWYLXNHN I ended up with three after starting out with one. The noise level depends on the 1-3 settings with how hard you want the machine to work. You can also upgrade the filters and get one better for pet hair and smells which is a must have in my home. I noticed the air seemed lighter and easier to breathe when running the machine for the first time. Works great every time. Highly recommended!

  • Hi Lauri - great series. There might be a smaller electrocution danger you haven't considered. When any grinder disc continues to spin under its own momentum, there's so much inertia, there's a possibility the motor may act in reverse as a generator/dynamo when unplugged, and that the exposed conductors at the plug could give one of you a significant electric shock if both are touched (or via earth, even if only the live one is touched). It's simple to make your setup a lot safer, by adding a switch into your circuit.

  • With something as dangerous as that grinder, ideally you'd need to rig up a press control that allowed you to control it from outside the workshop (so well out of harm's, way if it did start flying!), relying on a live camera feed to show what was going on. Probably with cheap cameras near to the press and any expensive cameras far back with a long lens attached.

I have soft start in grinder and can feel the inertia when turning it during operation. Keep going, waiting S1E3 already!
