I absolutely live for moments where Justin makes it seem like Taako's about to make a wrong choice out of pure incompetence, almost out of spite, but ends up going, "I _guess_ I won't doom the town again, whatevs."
The Della Reese moment made me laugh more than it should have.

yo this whole thing rocked my socks, but I actually bust out laughing at Taako and Magnus's expressions on "That's - Dumb" "IT'LL BE GREAT." Followed immediately by Della Reese "This feels right" This whole thing was fantastic
Would you believe me if I told you that this actually clarified the movements of the end of the campaign? I also pretty much picture Taako flipping off things that make him expend effort with spells a lot, it is canon. Great music. Just great jorb!

THIS IS SO GREAT Describing and narrating this scene in the podcast was long because it's a audio-based medium, but when you take out all the questions and the dice-rolling, this is what the whole sequence turned out to be (if it was a visual medium) At least, it's what I always imagined it to be. And you captured it so perfectly! Every choice or roll the boys made, every failed attempt, every miss, you depicted every little detail, which I love. And their expressions are so expressive, especially the part when Taako's being a little shit about 'hmmm left or right' and everyone else is losing their minds collectively->GOLD. And the part with Roswell is epic as hell. You did an amazing job!!

For me, I realize in-fact that up to this point in their journey, this was the strongest relic they ever faced. The fact that they came out of this really untouched must have been amazing to them. But I mean we find out why it later! 😉

The love you put into this animation really shows. Between editing the narration out to the music selection and even with some of the smaller details. I only wish you left Travis losing his shit over Taako taking his time. The last scene with Roswell sent a chill down my spine as well. 11/10

Coming back to this after re-listening to TAZ years later. Your animations, character faces, editing, everything! You got every good bit from this and condensed it into a mini movie. I laughed, I cried. I was the good, the bad, and the ugly. You stayed so true to their characters in every second. This is a work of art and I love it.

TBH at the beginning I was expecting a lovingly made but eh animation because it's fucking seven minutes long and for one person making a super quality animation that long some stuff gotta be ramped down. But then, the cowboy music blaring, and the emotions, and the climax... this is the best god damn TAZ animation I have ever seen

Alright, awesome animation, truly excellent, but I just need to say this. The way you animated he purple worm was great and basically just how Griffin imagined it, but god damn if that isn't the worst version of a purple worm that I've ever seen Size, threat, ferocity, behavior; all on point, basically a purple worm, but after that well... Tentacles? Wouldn't their ridiculous amount of teeth cut those of after a while? Fireball? Nope! Why would anything that size need to rely on magic to catch and kill prey anyway? Eyes? And a lot of them too? Pretty sure they have tremor sense. Besides, no light would reach into solid earth where they dig and hunt. Thank you for coming to my Ted Vent
