Going by the headline, was those areas occupied? If yes, by who? To the best of my knowledge, I have not heard that there is any place in the whole of south east that is occupied by non state actors. Every tax payer in the south east pays Their taxes to the government. The world knows that, there are a lot of places in different states of the north where non state actors are collecting Levy's and taxes from the locals and we have not heard that Nigeria army have librated those areas from the hands of terrorist. How many millions of Nigerians are living in IDP camps in the north? Why is it difficult for the Nigeria military to settle back those living in IDP camps in the north to their homes? If there is anybody that the locals see and runaway in the south east, i think it is the military.

Look at the dilapidated roads?Why cant a state see that the bad state of infrastructure is partly responsible for the insecurity in the region?How is security suppose to be effective with such a bad state of infrastructures?Maybe if the government build the infrastructures things would be different.
