I can given the current state of bf v , i 'm not looking forward to any new battlefield games . I went though bf 3, bf 4 , bf 1 and bf v issues, and i'm burnt out.
My plan is to build a PC and buy squad or WW3. Battlefield has let me down too much.

The people in charge of the BF series are alarmingly stupid and are ruining the entire series. @@JA-lr5ix i have supported WW3 since before early access. The game has improved a lot but it still needs a lot of work. Squad is more polished though so i would actually recommend squad. However i do like WW3 and it has lots of potential.

If you're referring to Dawnbreaker, I agree, it was a good map. However, for like the first 8 months after release, it crashed your Xbox 90% of the time while loading it, so it got nicknamed "Gamebreaker" lol

Hated the map when it first came out. But it's actually so much fun if you have a couple of full teams of up for it players. One of the best.

This game runs like butter on a 144hz monitor, super smooth gameplay.
Comes from an Era where developers cared about optimization, had good graphics but still ran well.

With good internet connection Ps4 looks beautiful and plays super smooth. Except on blizzard maps. PC’s got em beat in that area.

One of my all time favorite games. The best part about it too is that it's so well optimized I can get a solid 144 fps at 2K even on my "budget" machine.
After BF4 Dice forgot how to Battlefield and removed vehicles, big maps, freedom and fun out of their games.

If you have an issue running out of ammo, you either do nothing but camp from far away, or you don't kill anyone. Everyone drops ammo when they are killed, and ammo boxes are all over the place.

DANNYonPC BF1 has no verticality. Most of the maps in BF1 are the same open spaces, with a few city maps. Whats the difference between Galicia and River Somme?

@@DANNYonPC There is no difference, I treat them as one map, except one is daytime.
That was just one example of a wide open space in BF4 when in reality most maps do have infantry lanes that you can stick to and snake around through to get from objective to objective. You learn these lanes pretty well when it comes to dodging vehicle IR. Sometimes traversing those spaces is unavoidable but in a map filled with vehicles (like Dawnbreaker CQ typically should be) you would have plenty of transport options available, not to mention the verticality that comes into play allowing you to parachute down to objectives behind obvious sightlines.
I love Battlefield 4 it's one of my favorite games of all time and The Witcher was good to nobody should ever forget the The Witcher

Sounds good. Personally I like the mechanics such as sliding and the stuff that can be destroyed/built in BFV. A modern setting would send customization through the roof and it’d look beautiful with Battlefront II graphics.

there is an issue where you cant play multiplayer on pc because of a broken anti cheat called punk bustet
can EVERYONE please just go back and keep bf4 servers alive, I'm tired of joining bs servers that are empty while showing 50-60 players...........

@@tonyrobarte8253 if only that fixed it, the problem is with people who host them. They use tools to tell dice they have high amounts of players in their servers to get people to join, in reality there could be 0 players in the lobby when you join.

This is what we've been missing in Battlefield. Memorable urban maps. I can close my eyes and picture every route and sight on this map. I can't say the same for every one of those giant open planes that look nice.

Turned on the ole BF4 over the weekend. Can't believe and was sooooo happy to see LOBK is still running a HC Rush server. Most fun i had in hours of playing over the past few months. Just can not beat that BF4 feel, sound & play
I liked the minimal cover between cqc spots in BF4 because it gave good opportunities to all play styles and really forced you to think carefully about moving around the map
