  • It's ridiculous how we saw this kid grow up and turn into an nba all-star, all while doing it his way and his dad's way. never changed personality, never changed playstyle, and never even changed work ethic. he played the game the way he knew how, and just by raw talent and playing so much basketball, he created a respectable career in the nba

    • You left out that he never finishes a season, never shot over 43% from the field, and was an injury replacement All Star.

    • @@thomascrowniii1693 it isn’t the playoffs but to get your team that hadn’t made the playoffs years before that to close step to making it the next year and then the year after that leading them to a 43-39 record, sounds like a franchise player to me🤷🏾‍♂️

    • @look_at_kai They lost the two play in games 132-103 and 144-117. He went 7-25 & 6-19 in those two games. He has the third worst defensive plus/minus of any starting point guard in the league. He's in the top 3 in turnovers per game for the last 3 seasons. If he's your franchise player, your franchise is in trouble.

    @ohhroach@ohhroachАй бұрын
  • Lol this guy Melo is the most brittle player in the league. Starting from his rookie season breaking his wrist. And then this persistent, on-going ankle injury. This is a red flag for me. He's grossly overrated and will be on one of the worst contract in the league. The Hornets need to get rid of him asap and build around Miller. Miller has the size, is lankier, more athletic and can get buckets. I see more potential in Miller long term over Melo for certain. From the 2020 rookie class, it's Antman, Haliburton and Maxey who are the top 3 as of current. Hornets needs to draft a pg this upcoming draft or make moves to get a quality PG. Melo is a great playmaker but thats about it. He jacks up 3s like theres no tomorrow. Guy thinks he's Curry. He's also an inefficient scorer and doesn't play defense. Not a championship DNA.

    • @Olutradez the very definition of a lame who only looks at highlights on KZhead and doesn't value WINNING while idolizing players who put up numbers that don't effect the outcome of the game. If he plays they lose by 12, if he doesn't they lose by 15. It's no coincidence that the only part of the season where they've won is since he's been hurt and sitting on the bench. He's got the third worst defensive plus minus of a starting point guard in the league and his defensive win share is in the bottom five out of 30 starters. His numbers are empty. He does NOTHING that helps his team win.

I’m not talking about a series, I’m just talking about a regular game. Without Melo the hornets get blown out. There’s a time and a place. He’s literally a franchise player dawg.

      @thegoldenchild1702@thegoldenchild1702Ай бұрын
    • @thegoldenchild1702 A regular game has no value. A playoff game does and if you're not good enough to get your team into the playoffs in the East, how good are you really?
