Thanks for your nice reaction! That's fast! Age is not such a problem. I can say I have a fighters mentality. Life taught me that and made me hard and agressive in some way. Kick boxing is the ideal means to use that powerful energy in a positve way, excercising your body and staying in good shape. Yes!!!

@@jorritvanderkooi939 I will! Wish I had discovered this explosive sport earlier. When I played soccer my mates used to call me 'the Bull'! Then I weighed just 65 kilos, but that didn't mean I was afraid of some fysique contact and tackling. I love it! The more the better. When I'm excercising the engine starts running harder and harder the longer I'm giving it all. Sparred with my 23 year young nephew few days ago. He said I really hit him hard for my age. Actually I dare to fight younger boxers without special fear. Let them come and we'll see! Yes!

Is Rico a good fighter? Yes, he is. Is he fun to watch? Hell, no. In my opinion, he is the most boring champion ever. Just too many decisions, even against, let's say, mediocre opponents. God, please, give us back the old K-1 championship.

Verhoeven was pi$$ed when that VIKING hit him hard into the ropes and he dropped to the floor, and was under neath this guy hanging around standing over him, then stepping over him 'like he was a wet tissue, best avoided.' You can see Verhoeven shake his head at the end bell of round 1, and then 'snorting like a PIG' in his own corner continualy staring at the VIKING, he felt so disrespected.

KICKBOXING AND BOXING IS SO 2 DIMENSIONAL AND IS BEING REPLACED BY THE AMAZING, REAL WORLD OF MMA! If someone attacks you on the streets, and says that they refused to allow you to take them down to the ground, because that's not boxing or kickboxing Style, do you stand up and say yes I guess you're right I can't do that? Boxing and kickboxing are so behind the times and relegated to the Past and boring! I mean seriously! It's almost like a man fighting against his little sister! The little sister is pro boxing and kickboxing. The man is MMA! This is why MMA is taking over the world! It is an obvious choice for anyone who really believes and enjoys the techniques of the multi martial arts which include but are not just limited to the relegated boxing and kickboxing world! Verhoeven was pi$$ed when that VIKING hit him hard into the ropes and he dropped to the floor, and was under neath this guy hanging around standing over him, then stepping over him 'like he was a wet tissue, best avoided.' You can see Verhoeven shake his head at the end bell of round 1, and then 'snorting like a PIG' in his own corner continualy staring at the VIKING, he felt so disrespected.

The little sister is pro boxing and kickboxing. The man is MMA! This is why MMA is taking over the world!
