I think Lim Tae Gyu is not the only ranger in solo leveling. If i remember correctly, one of the hunters fighting the dungeon break which Jin Woo one shotted with a broken sword is the ranger too with a bow i think.
The D rank dungeon with the spider boss had a crossbow hunter as well

There's so much that's wrong in this video that it's just hilarious, being that the one Korean S-rank hunter that died before the last attempt to recover the Jeju Island fought against a weaker version of the ants, it's accurate to say he's the weakest S rank hunter of them all, yes, he might have been ambushed, but that is just conjectures so far, so it would not affect the fact he's the weakest due to the version of the ants he died against. Why put tatsumi higher that Ma? That does not make sense at all, Ma could fight back against Beru, he couldn't that by itself earns him a higher rank in this list, also, the fact that he lost against Kenzo, is arguably because he was not being serious in that sparring, because was just a sparring, but like you said, a win is a win, so it would make a lot more sense if Tatsumi was below them two, tatsumi lived longer just because he was targeted last, not because was stronger. Sung Il-Hwan was not an official S-Rank hunter, at least not before coming back from the dungeons, it was never disclosed his ranking before getting trapped in that dungeon he almost died in. Baran was also a Monarch, not a monster, and Jinwoo obliterated all of the Monarchs. Overall I just think this ranking altogether is full of misinformation, but great job trying to put it together.

Your grading system is off...by a LOT. It was established in the story that most of the Japanese S-Ranks were stronger than the Korean S-Ranks. The Ant King just happened to get most of them by surprise and there is nothing that indicates that the Korean S-Ranks would have fared better given the same circumstances.

SL is bad. Poorly written carried by artwork and it just kills off most of the characters, the majority of which are extremely forgettable. A plain, overhyped story with a terribly( well not terribly but still its bad) written "badass" op mc. Only the start is good and the ending is very bad and rushed.
