    • I'd also add - when the road-flare dragon says "she didn't seem that innocent" and Raylan started to advance toward him at 2:57 - the look on Raylan's face communicated a remarkable amount of still, controlled rage.

  • Really liked the silent exchange between Raylan and the bank guard. As with so many other things, that little snot was almost certainly wrong about "grandpa." He kept his cool, kept his hand on his gun but didn't draw. Obviously had experience, probably an ex-cop.

  • Police Use Of Force Escalation Ladder: Baton to Fist, Gun To Baton, Shoot vs. Show. They have guns, you go to guns, first. That little left cross turns Given's hip completely out of draw for that high ride holster. No Federal Marshal is going to do that. Just like no Marshal is going to cross things up for the bank guard, trying to support him, by stepping into the line of fire. Road Flare Or No, John Dullinger Would Be Dead. And nobody would say a word. I despise Justafeud. With it's stuck up, bigoted, view of Southerners, it feels like a scene out of a 1970s Hollywood movie. And Raylan just gets dumber and dumber as the seasons go by.
