The largest horn spread on a domestic living steer measures 297.8 cm (117.25 in) in length, and was achieved by 'Lazy J's Bluegrass' (USA), a Texas Longhorn (cattle) in Greenleaf, Kansas, USA, as measured on 4 October 2014.

There are no leopards in the Western Hemisphere, jaguars have been known to venture as far north as Victoria,TX. This is according to President Sam Houston during the Republic of Texas years. I have photo in a book about Texas Flags,and a man in a pose is wearing pants and his pistol holsters are made of the hide of a jaguar.
