  • And they're acting live, with no re-takes. Hollywood actors have talked about how difficult it is to do that, especially in front of 15k+ people watching your every move.

    • You can rehearse it as much as you want, you only get one chance. As they said, that is the part that makes it really hard to be a top promotion wrestler is you have a massive Crowd from Impact to being infront of 5k and WWE being in front of 30-80k, you get 1 shot in front of the camera to make your mark, on the other note. I would hope they rehearse because if not they would have a lot more injuries, botches, alot more commentary messups, and anything negative of the sport will rise. WWE in all is great yes we wish Cesaro won a world title but WWE really doesn't miss even 2018-2020 the dark ages of WWE, they still beat any other promotion by far. NJPW wrestling underrated as well. Just location hurts it.

    • @@deletisthefitislol1850I don’t see how your comment contributes to this conversation. Are you stating that because they rehearse before a show that it makes that show less valid? Here’s a little bit of free knowledge for you; every performance by any person or a group people has been or will be rehearsed, even in “legitimate” sports. Are baseball players lesser performers because they take batting practice? Basically, your comment would have better been served if you never typed it at all. I really don’t say that about a lot of people’s comments, but in this case it is true… and your point was pointless.

    • @@deletisthefitislol1850 yeah, it's just like any sport that has practices? this was a useless comment to the conversation and I hope you realize how goofy you look. they still have to nail each move live and remember when they're supposed to get hit from behind off the top rope or where to aim when diving out of the ring

  • As a long time fan, there's one thing I've noticed. The better WWE is doing, the smaller the entrance stage. We're seeing Smackdowns with that tiny entrance stage that wraps around to the ring. Reminding me of Wrestlemania XIV. Let alone filling up stadiums around the world multiple times in a year. Can't ignore AEW, they're going to have Wembley Stadium almost filled end of August. We're in a legitimate boom period in professional wrestling and it's beautiful.

  • Every time when I hear someone say Wresting is fake, I tell them wrestlers are actors/actresses who do their own stunts. They train their bodies and minds to take hits, pulled hits, bumps, throws, scrapes and the list goes on. Even getting the crowd to get that pop when that intro hits most athletes even the big name ones wouldn't get that type of reaction from a crowd. Watching Cody Rhodes intro in Wrestlemania 39 gives you goosebumps how a wrestler can get 10,000+ fans screaming your song. There's a reason why WWE has frown upon back yard wrestling cause without training and learning how to pull or properly do a move you can ether severely injure or kill someone
