  • Hey, hab den workout heute gemacht und muß sagen das ich erst dachte 2 Kilos ehrlich ? Bin jedoch froh das es nicht mehr waren. Das kann natürlich Jeder selbst entscheiden für mehr schwerere Gewichte sich zu entscheiden. Was ich tat. Spitze workout liebe dieses Format. Man hat 60 Minuten, am Ende von diesen weiss man was man getan hat. Mach weiter so!!! Liebe Grüße aus Bayern 😊
