So, here you go, this one is about as crazy as it gets...

  • I love how Steve-O is living proof that you can sober up, admit your mistakes and apologize when you hurt yourself or other people and still don't lose an ounce of your soul or personality for doing so. I salute you, gnarly dude.

He could've just dismissed his actions on drugs but instead he owns up to them and tries to be better. Mad respect

He really has turned his life around, his lack of fear leads him to open up about things that all people struggle with but are always too "afraid" to talk about. • It’s so funny how as a viewer it’s almost impossible to get that “second hand embarrassment feeling” when someone is presenting these things in a such a confident and candid way. Like “hey this was me, this is where I am now take it or leave it”. I think it speaks to how much second hand embarrassment is really just over empathizing - feeling the other persons perceived shame as your own (and reliving our past actions that we perceive as shameful that are similar). Seeing steve-o own his shit helps us all see that doing something “shameful” in your past doesn’t define you as a “shameful” person. We can fuck up and it doesn’t have to define us or destroy our self worth. Thank you for this!!
