I think "discipline > motivation" deserves a video on its own. Thank you Oliur for amazing content.
+1, this is the biggest takeaway I've got from this video!
but what if your motivation was waking up 🌅
motivation is the most important part early on. you will want to get motivated every few weeks, to remind yourself why you started and where you want to go, where the work ethics will take you in life and what kind of life style you can live with that sacrifice you are making. and with that comes discipline. i can have good discipline in life, and in gym for years, but that doesnt mean i cannot get derailed and get depressed about progress and life changes taking a hit. motivation sets an expectation and goal you want to work towards, discipline will be you train to that goal for example, if you only have a discipline to work, like most of population has to survive, that aint taking you anywhere. you need to have motivation and dreams dreams create motivation, motivation can create discipline. with only discipline you dead man walking, just to survive.
@@knightnxk2906 consistency with discipline and motivation will take you far
motivation is the most important,if you have no motivation, you never start,if you never start, you won't need discipline,or if you have no motivation to continue, again,no need of discipline
These are excellent tips. I love that you mention physical and mental health. Without those things no amount of money can make your life that much better. Not sure how viable these tips are for teenagers that are still learning basics of life
"I had no one to really tell me that" - The motivation behind which you create great content for others. Love it. Well done on the Ferrari milestone! May there be many more in your future!!!
1. Learn a high value Skill 2. Don't fall into the consumerism trap 3. Start investing 4. Self-Improvement (exercise, etc...) 5. Do 1% more (Over-deliver) 6. Embracing Failure 7. Do things that are scalable 8. Discipline > motivation - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
How to become rich as a teen 1. Learn a high value skill Ex: AI, Design, Video, Websites, SEO, Data, and Automation 2.Avoid Consumerism Trap (In other words don’t buy the shiny car or designer bag), Invest my money 3.Self Improvement: Focus on physical fitness and your diet for your physical in addition to mental health. Do 1% more than the majority. 4.Embracing Failure: Do scalable Service Based Business (Trade my Time for Money), 5. Discipline over Motivation I have to do Discipline myself.
The fact that this came up on my feed. I'm 18 right now, I am learning coding and I have some knowledge of video editing too (CapCut & Premiere Pro). This motivates me a lot. I already make websites on Wordpress but expanding to coding websites is even better. I appreciate this video. Thank you! One thing I also want to add is that, I want a mentor, I believe this will save me so much time and possibly be a mutual benefit.
How do you find website buyers? Or even Ai images buyers?
Same question
@@KyleDallas I don’t do ai images. I cold call businesses to sell them my services. Also, you can work on a contract for businesses on up work.

Love the last point regarding discipline! Always keeping it real
Thank you for putting this together, huge fan of this channel 🙏

Great video, Oliur and great channel!
Love this, 20 year old here, compelling advice, I've never worked a job thanks to my e-commerce business.

hello sam, congratulations on the success in ecom, especially at your young age. Did you go to university?
Brilliant video Oliur!
💯💯💯💯💯 "Learn a high value skill" Something I learned in my late 20's early 30's. Underrated advice, spending time to better yourself is the best thing you can ever do.
Great Work Buddy!
Great video Oliur, keep it up!
I have always enjoyed video editing and wanted to learn properly. Videos like this make me feel like I'm at the perfect age (17) to learn it at.
Great message, now I am currently selling waste papers to buy my first laptop because I don't want to borrow.I am 48 but have decided not to give up.I will keep that discipline to reach my goal and have freedom
i found your channel last week and from the first video i fell in love, it a very brilliant channel and i enjoy it thoroughly =.
that video of the ferrari was awesome man!!!! loved it
love it bro, thank you
Thanks Oliur. I have found both of your channels approximately month ago, and only i can say "You are the best". Keep going )

Do not overlook your health. You can't be a successful rich person if you haven't succeeded in the health department. Prioritize your health over anything. And also your mindset.
Knowledgeable ❤Thank you
what do you think about school? Do we have to get focus on it?
prescriptions after prescriptions after prescriptions. 5 ways to do this. 10 steps to do that. content for contents sake. Leading people nowwhere but feeling 'good' without any arrival.
thank you so much❤️💯
Amazing content! Thank you for your huge output. Wishing all the best!
😊
Thanks mate this was insightful
Congratulations on the new wheels, could you please do a video on how you sustain happiness in your life? And how you keep the spark alive.
😊
If you could, would you have bought a Ferrari at 23 or 25? Or would you still have waited, invested, and gotten it later in life?
Great practical content, it's not easy but it's possible with consistent hard work and small steps to leaps. Just keep moving forward. What 'Ferrari' are you working towards?
😊
Love this type of videos!
First of all, great stuff as always! Just a though on the motivation vs discipline part. I totally agree with you but I think it should be inspiration vs discipline, I’ll explain why. I know that it’s just a matter of choosing one word over the other but what you refered to as motivation I personally refer to as inspiration since it is a passing feeling. True motivation exists only not in the way people think of it. You might not have been motivated to create youtube videos in the past but over the years as you saw progress, income increasing and more, you perhaps started feeling motivated to created videos?! It’s the same with going to the gym for example. You see a post of a fit person, get inspired to start training, lose that sense of inspiration within 24h, but for some reason just get disciplined to actually start working out regularly. After a few months you start to feel bad from not going to the gym so then the motivation has finally “kicked in”
Hi Oliur! Just wondered if can you give some names of the stock market apps that you're referring to?
This is the best video on this topic i have ever seen, it feels so genuine
lol

Hi oliur I'm planning on designing an apple pencil tip for better note experience. Do you have know-hows when it comes to producing things in china with oems and etc?
Forever grateful to have found your content since 2020 keep it up !

This Video makes me feel bad as a 27year old
Great video Oliur. I’m glad you mentioned the whole dilemma with service based businesses, I’ve found with Web Design, while it is a great money generator they’re usually one time clients and it’s back to trenches once that project is over the line. Whereas with the likes of website templates and youtube it’s a completely different beast. PS more videos on the 488 🤤
Insane value! Love your content! ✅
😊
What trading app/service can you recommend to start investing in shares?
What mic are you using?
You can scale your service-based work by turning it into an agency and hiring contractors to help with more clients.
Where did you upload your websites for sales? I’m really interested in doing that as a cs student currently and also after learning about framer I want to get into selling website services but I’m not sure how to find the clients or know of any platforms that lets me put up websites for sale
Look on KZhead
Can you explain more about stock and share sir?
Better to learn Adobe Premiere rather than Final Cut?
Thanks for a great video
Its simple but just takes time to realize.
oliur my man, thanks a lot
Jewels…brother…absolute jewels….! But having lived my 20s and 30s….I can tell you and you know this…experience molds views not words….young people function in that vane. I will be sharing this with my almost 20 year olds..but everything you shared works for you in your 30s,40s and beyond.

"I would buy 1 bitcoin in 2012"
These past few days have really got my perspective changing on how much I want/need to work towards my financial freedom. I have a wife and kid who depend on me for everything financially and although we are doing alright, I want to have so much more. Thanks for some kickstarting!
I agree that discipline > motivation.
where are your shirts from?
The thing about those high value skills is that there is no barrier to entry so its very competitive
Well thats where discipline comes in, you would try and contact over 50 potential clients and probably after sometime you would eventually find someone who would hire you.
😊
Can you do one for your 20s
I need to do something else besides my 9 to 5 but honestly I don’t know what. Nothing really interest me except sports and fitness
Hey Oliur, I'm a freelance copywriter specializing in storytelling. I want to work with you and have filled out the contact form available on your website. The subject line is - Application for the position of Writer. Please have a look at it.
One well put video. As a teen i understand this all
Great video man lots of gems I have to watch it at least twice and take some notes
WILD!
I have been editing videos for the past 4 years but I still have a difficult time finding clients, the market is over saturated with cheap editors and fake clients. Everyday it's getting difficult to find genuine clients
I've learned English and I'm learning photography, taking a couple of courses, I'm learning video editing and selling strategies. And I'm thinking, will this pay me off someday!?
If it doesnt pay off someday, at least you possess these skills 😉
really good video
What kind of font are you using in your videos?
Inter.
Crazy to think you can learn a skill that doesn't require much on your side but is extremely useful to someone else, so they pay you a lot of money. Instead of trading your time for money with the traditional wage + hours worked model.
😊
where is that top from?
I’m already pretty experienced with video editing - premiere, DaVinci and Final Cut to a degree - what would you focus on for building it as part of my business? What do you use for editing your content? Guessing Adobe as you need it for your business too?
Hi danyal im 17, how do you recommend I learn to start video editing?
@@Nick-qc7wm start with premire pro if you have money or you can go with davanci resolve
How much does an average person make a month from web design just out curiosity
How/where do i learn high value skill??
this video is great
1:23 but what’s that for a graph? There are not three „skills“ at e.g. video editing, these are just three programs that do pretty much the same. I guess clients don’t care that much if your are an Premiere, FinalCut or DaVinci guy. Sure it’s good to be very professional with one of these programs, but why arent there e.g. C4D or AfterEffects mentioned?
How do i make monny at 16 in belgium,i have 6K but you have to be 18 to invest or do annithing with it
i'm good at video editing, but how do i earn money from my skills? i tried fiverr, but it's not getting any clicks at all
Is MidJourney really a high income skill? About a year ago I was hitting it hard just because I was interested in it but I stopped because I saw no value in it. I'll be annoyed if it really is a high value skill...
I'm 15 and want to make a lot of money. But I don't know where to start. As the type of person who usually takes a while to understand and get good at something, I don't think I'll have enough skills to make money during my teen years because if I do this, all my time will be focused on trying to understand it.

As a Ferrari owner 🔥 have you seen the film Le Mans ? ( ford vs Ferrari ) great film
Hey Oliur! This video had amazing information that most people tend to ignore, I'd like to ask kind of a personal question though. I've heard other Wealthy creators with millions in following, and a crutial tip that i came across was "sticking to one business". And it is because if you put the time in the "most working business" and drop the others, you'll have more focus on one thing and generate more income. Have you also came across this thought? and if so what's your opinion on it?
😊
Hey Oliur! Thank you for keep sharing all this knowledge with everyone. I have a question for you, this is great for teenagers to start, but what about adults who just entered their 30's like myself here. I don't know if all this still applies to the ones who entered their 30s. A little insight would be helpful here!
Im 16rn can anyone tell me what skill should i learn, i have experience of coding for abt 1yr but I stopped and got to know that it will be replaced by ai in future, can anybody help me please.i would appreciate u
Love your vibe Oliur- very calming yet motivating. Thank you for the video!
😊
actually your learnt skills can go away. and the way for them to disappear is to not practice them. if you take a break from coding for 2-5 years, you can forget so much about it, probably because you will be focusing on everything else but that, and that applies to everything in life. if you go to gym regularly for years, and take a break for 5 years, it will hit you hard.
Yo whats SMP500?
Oliur's content, even the one that he posts on this secondary channel, is the type content you specifically time block on your calendar to watch. I mean the visual, the context, the lessons... 👏

Telling naive 18 and 19 year olds to invest in the stock market and treat it like a game is quite irresponsible
What if you were unemployed at 31? I don't give a f**k about a Ferrerai. I just want to be financially free.
These are great tips for life, but I guess it’s not that in depth for wealth creation tbh
This was a good one! Not just financial advice there - solid life advice. I shared it over on Threads! Thanks Oliur.
