  • Future Flounder fest ideas: 1) On the second lap you have to get squished by a thwomp or car (possible tracks: moonview highway, toads factory, bowsers castle etc.) 2) Use a wheel roulette to decide which character and kart/bike you use each race (both use the same combo) 3) Drive the first 30 seconds of the second lap looking behind you the whole time 4) Item rain but every time you get hit by an item you have to do a 360 degree spin 5) Do baby park with item rain for all 8 races or best of 3 grand Prix

    • I think the looking backwards is GREAT but would be cooler if it was for a whole lap. That way it’s more even. There are some tracks with sub 30 second laps

    • Except snaking is very precisely timed rocks back and forth on the d pad while tricking is the shaking of a Wii note or a press of a button, though I do see where you were aiming.

    • Pretty sure this isn't what happened. I think Bowser tried to take the cut (and failed) but Troy's screen failed to show that with the lag. After Troy misses the shortcut himself, if you loook at the minimap immediately as he respawns, you can see Bowser's icon showing that he tried to take the cut a second time and failed again.

  • On bc3, you could’ve tricked on the third to last yellow ramp, because you would need to charge a mini turbo for the shortcut anyway🤤

  • I want to see what it's like without drift, meaning you can only turn using your handling stat. No, this isn't the same thing as automatic. That still uses the drift stat.

  • Instead of requiring a stop and standstill you could've just tied tricks to score points. Count all tricks and deduct 1 point for the first trick, 2 for the seconds, 3 for the third, etc.

  • They should make a mode which allows for failed tricks in CTGP, a bit like how Tricks work in Tony Hawks. If you pull them off and hit the ground before the animation ends, you trip up / spin out. this would make them more risk for reward. I wonder if you could mention it to the hackers, Troy!
