This chill beat Balkan samba expressing my love and awe for natural beauty is written in weird and wonderful beat of 11/8. As far as I know, this aksak rhythm can traditionally only be found in Bulgarian and North Macedonian oro / horo folkdances. They have a special name for 11-beat dances in Bulgaria: kopanitsa.
So it seemed fitting to adorn the music with some Balkan lyrics. "T'ga za jug" is a famous poem by the Bulgarian poet Konstantin Miladinov.
