  • A couple of years ago, I showed my mother some of your stand up and showed her the Daily Show. Whenever I visit her, she always asks, " Do you have any more of that pretty black boy? " My mother is 80 years old and had never had any interest in stand up comedians, but she loves you, Trevor!

  • As liitle kids, I and my younger grew up in this crowded compound with two families with a deaf guy in each of them. The younger deaf guy was our age, so we related much with him, to extent we spoke his crude sign language with him-- and, at a point-- only that sign language between us both, safe when talking to others. People concluded that we were going deaf or dumb. Hearing Trevor mimic em that much, is really personally touching. Thought I was the best in the world for doing that before now.

  • "We cry in bulk", that's so relatable. Sometimes, I create situation for myself to cry because at a certain age you just can't cry anymore. Crying releases stress and reset your emotional state. I highly recommend it.

He speaks whatever the language is of his people, where he lived. He speaks three languages, he said his mother speaks six languages.   • One of the best autobiographies I’ve ever read was Trevor’s “Born a crime”, but when I got it on Audible, with him reading it himself it was better still! What an amazing man; overcoming adversity and becoming an inspiration. Come to the UK, I would buy tickets for everyone, family and friends. Comedian? No, that’s just who he is, and how he sees the world. He is so real. Life is weird!
