The Red Bull F1 car is BACK, and it’s going up against two epic tuned supercars!
Mat’s got his hands on an almighty Lamborghini Huracan. It’s powered by a 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10, but it’s had two additional turbochargers bolted onto it, and as a result, it now delivers a monumental 1200hp & 1240Nm of torque! In terms of weight, it comes in at 1,553kg.
Then to his right, we have a Nissan GT-R NISMO. It’s had a built engine added to it - a 4.1-litre stroker. That, coupled with upgraded turbos and other additions, means it can put down 1,300hp & 1,290Nm! It’s the heaviest car here though, weighing in at 1,840kg.
And then finally we have the F1 car - the RB7 Championship Winning Formula 1 car, no less! It’s got a 2.4-litre naturally-aspirated V8 with 750hp. It may only have 750hp, but come on - it's an F1 car, so you know it means business! And don't forget that it’s basically just made out of carbon fibre, so it only weighs 650kg!
So how’s this one going to play out? The tuned cars look EPIC, but do they have what it takes to beat an F1 car?! There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!

    • @@RogueSenpai definitely not if you want the best performance, 2021 and 2022 cars are among the slower f1 cars in a straight line. 2016 had the fastest cars in a straight line, the turbo v10 was insane

    • Plaid was 9.08 in prepped surface. In this surface probably the same of GTR. For this level only rimac can do anything. Tesla have any chance, doesn't play in this level.

  • I love these races, I think though that Dani Pedrosa on the red bull Moto gp bike would dish out some gapple pie against these. Maybe not on the quarter mile where he’s struggling to put power down but definitely on the roll race’s. Would love to see it.

    • @@edwardelric7857 I've seem the V10s first hand back in 2005, with my dad, when I was a kid at Silverstone. Montoya won that day. Nothing prepares you for the noise those V10s make. Nothing even comes close really. The V8s were unbelievably loud as well, but the V10s are hard to comprehend unless you have seen/heard them going at it in the flesh.

    • F1 cars are a joke. Fugly racing scaffoldings for over paid wierdo driver's. If the lambo owner spend only 3 grand on cornering dynamics the lambo would even annihilate the multi million pound f1 car on any of f1s racing tracks.

  • In the break test you can really see what the F1 car is made for incredible traction allowing for much faster breaking, the F1 car has a lot more air resistance than the 2 sport cars, those wings are working hard

    • @@frameofmind229 That race is total BS. A 1300 HP GTR would do 8 second passes easily. The AMS Alpha 12x only makes about 1150 horse on pump gas and it does better times than that. Im sure the Lambo is running E90 flex etc...

The lambo probably had Toyo 888's, E90 fuel etc...I'm not sure what you mean by "downgrading the mapping". (95 percent of big boost GTR's run E90 flex fuel. The boost is determined by ethanol percentage..

  • You need a 3rd party calling go because A. Radios have a slight lag when you talk through them and B. Because you know exactly when to hit the accelerator where as they would react slightly later due to human reaction time. This is a sport where tenths of a second matter immensely. Love the content, but it's not quite fair.

    • What was the timestamp for that? That seems really high for mph. A 7.33 second twin turbo huracan ran about 201 mph in the 1/4. A gtr ran the 1/4 in 6.7 seconds at 220 mph. Edit: haha okay they were racing a mile and roll racing on top of that to get to 220. That makes sense

    • The GTR and Red Bull were launching when her hands got to the sides of her legs, the Lambo went as soon as she started to move them down, so it really depends on which point they were supposed to go.

  • The F1 was a race configuration with a lot of downforce. It was probably the only car in that line up that could've gone through a corner at finish line speed... I'm pretty sure it would've won if you flattened the wings and removed some flaps here and there. You were probably going ~300kph at the end. So it LITERALLY is a drag race! ;)
