“Save for a rainy day”... “A penny saved in a penny earned.” No rich person ever said these words, and yet - we’ve been programmed to believe these words are true.
Most people don’t know the real truth about money. They’re clueless about what it takes to make $100k… $1 million… or even $1 billion.
I was clueless too. Until I discovered 10 essential rules to get my money right.
Rich people know these rules. If you watch this video you’ll know the rules too… so you can start creating wealth the right way.
When you watch this video, you’ll learn:
What never to do with your money - to avoid financial ruin. The same approach applies to business income, rental income, dividend income, and even your salary.
The 40% rule - and why buying fast cars, luxury watches, and fancy clothes is the #1 mistake that stops people from getting rich
The only items I ever buy and why you should buy them too
Why you need to stay broke to get rich. Your parents, friends, and teachers are all wrong about saving money. I’ll show you the right thing to do with your cash.
Ready to get your money right? Watch the video now!

  • For salary earners having a passive source of income is the best thing you could have , because aside the the fact that it isn’t always enough you could lose your job any day at any time , have something to fall back to is crucial , for me it is trading the Forex and crypto market and no I didn’t have that much knowledge to begin to earn that’s why I said passive income, I leave the profit making to the pro like my Advisor *Jude Ryan McDonough* who has been doing a wonderful job

    • Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

  • Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

  • The recent trend is the fact that cryptocurrency traders can never be poor, cryptocurrency is the best form of investment anyone can carry out now. Sometimes when we have that specific money that we want to invest in a particular thing, we always focus on losing or spending it in something else. One reason you need to invest in crypto and is technology is because; crypto is changing the shape of the economy of any nation that approaches technology and that way being an early adopter gives you an edge over others, using Ruby Benally strategy has been helpful in all my trade.

Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with full service broker... until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after 30 years. I'm retiring at the end of the month at 60 , while my wife will retire next year at 55. We currently have 6.3million in out tax deferred savings.

  • We need Undercover Young Hustlers. Take a handful of young hustlers in cities that they're currently in and tell them to build a million dollar company. In 90 days. 12 weeks. Grant and Jared holding us young hustlers accountable. We need challenges. Some of us are enslaved by our own minds and parents traditions that if only we had a handful of eyes watching us we break out. Homelessness is as low as it gets. I would love to be the first undercover Young Hustler.

I just left youtube running from a "working out at 40" video and somehow 13hrs later your video popped up. .... but now I can say I've heard of you. Not sure if random guys like me knowing your name is worth what you spend on marketing. Just some feedback. Cheers

    • @@andrewkeene1245 yes if you have a job it can get you through the door to buy a property you need to invest most people never invest they get usto there salary. But do people really want to keep working until they are 50 making some one else rich.. its better to keep your job in the beginning you can always reduce the numbers of hrs you work latter when you have enough income from your property. The more properties you have the better I like apartment rentals you can also try other businesses. Most multimillionaires have more then 1 businesses.. I have invested in apartments for a long time it is a very good investment better then a house. I want cash flow every month stocks don’t give u money every month. Rentals do multi units is the way to go.. you need to know your stuff when investing in apartment rentals apartments rentals need a bigger cash down most people don’t have that much cash sitting around so they buy a house.

  • 16:26 Scarcity and superstition. Why? Because it wasn't until the last few hundred years that most people were poor through out the centuries, and were more superstitious before electricity and the light bulb was invented in the 1700's and on 1880 A.D. And we still carry that gene of S & S beliefs with us, because our Ancestors had to deal with it for ten's of thousands of years when life was much harder.

    @sterlthepearl1000@sterlthepearl1000 Жыл бұрын
    • However, I've got the answer to over ride the belief of scarcity. Which is to actually believe "the best way beyond scarcity, is to start beyond it." And "a good economy is one you're prepared for." And "It's not about finding the resources, but to be more resourceful."

  • The problem with capitalists like yourself is that not only do you deny responsibility, obligation, and duty full throatily, but you also view economics in a very autocratic sense as opposed to a shared responsibility where unique individuals with various sorts of expertise and life experiences play various unique roles so that everything runs efficiently and competently. You want an autocracy where you are the end all be all, the absolute, the final say; regardless of reason or facts on ground, where I believe most people just want to be able to enjoy themselves and take care of their loved ones while practicing what they’re good at and doing what what makes them both proud and happy.
