For salary earners having a passive source of income is the best thing you could have , because aside the the fact that it isn’t always enough you could lose your job any day at any time , have something to fall back to is crucial , for me it is trading the Forex and crypto market and no I didn’t have that much knowledge to begin to earn that’s why I said passive income, I leave the profit making to the pro like my Advisor *Jude Ryan McDonough* who has been doing a wonderful job

However if it's still cheaper per month to own a home with appreciation, than it is to rent per month with no appreciation, then it would be a better economically choice to own than rent.
With the current problem around the world today I think it's best everyone invest more in digital asset than Saving in banks and real estate. Just my thoughts
Yeah , I think the importance of investment is highly undermined and overlooked which is probably one of the biggest problem we face today. To me investment strategies should be taught in schools

Great Video Mav! Maybe make a video on potential investments in this current market that would fetch substantial profit, been coming across articles on bloomberg, business insider etc about folks raking in $200K averagely in 6weeks using some sophisticated strategy and I'd love to know how.
Since the crash, I've been in the red. I’m playing the long term game, so I'm not too worried but Jim Cramer mentioned there are still a lot of great opportunities, though stocks has been down a lot. I also heard news of a guy that made $250k from about $110k since the crash and I would really look to know how to go about this.
There are actually a lot of ways to make high yields in a crisis, but such trades are best done under the supervision of Financial advisor.

Early Savings and investing creates compounds growth It's a beautiful thing. But it's takes focus and discipline. You need to be focused enough to commit to a plan and process. I'm a dividend investor, my wife and i have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with full service broker... until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after 30 years. I'm retiring at the end of the month at 60 , while my wife will retire next year at 55. We currently have 6.3million in out tax deferred savings.

A 1,000 hour work week (around 8:00 mark in the video) would be almost 42 days days long, if you were working 24/7. If you were busting it, working 16 hour days, it would take you over two months to log 1,000 hours.

I really believe in not saving but low income people have to have a savings for when emergency things come up. but I also use money to multiply in the stock market trading options.

@@andrewkeene1245 yes if you have a job it can get you through the door to buy a property you need to invest most people never invest they get usto there salary. But do people really want to keep working until they are 50 making some one else rich.. its better to keep your job in the beginning you can always reduce the numbers of hrs you work latter when you have enough income from your property. The more properties you have the better I like apartment rentals you can also try other businesses. Most multimillionaires have more then 1 businesses.. I have invested in apartments for a long time it is a very good investment better then a house. I want cash flow every month stocks don’t give u money every month. Rentals do multi units is the way to go.. you need to know your stuff when investing in apartment rentals apartments rentals need a bigger cash down most people don’t have that much cash sitting around so they buy a house.

Because it wasn't until the last few hundred years that most people were poor through out the centuries, and were more superstitious before electricity and the light bulb was invented in the 1700's and on 1880 A.D. And we still carry that gene of S & S beliefs with us, because our Ancestors had to deal with it for ten's of thousands of years when life was much harder.
However, I've got the answer to over ride the belief of scarcity. Which is to actually believe "the best way beyond scarcity, is to start beyond it." And "a good economy is one you're prepared for." And "It's not about finding the resources, but to be more resourceful."
