Jan is probably naturally around 240 pounds and cuts down for 205, Israel is naturally 200 pounds and cuts down for 185. Will be interesting to see what weight Israel weighs in at. Gotta feel like Jan's best move will be grappling Israel early and making him carry all the extra weight, also Israel has probably never grappled in a fight with someone with a big strength advantage over him. Jan needs to push him against the fence and wear him down slowly if he wants to win. Should be a interesting fight to watch for sure.

I really don’t see Jan trying to take Izzy down but we just saw Dustin do it Conor so hummm I think Izzy will kick and push kick Jan away, Jan at about round 3 will be frustrated cause he’ll he loosing on points and rush in and get knocked out. I think adesanya smokes him in standup, really the most dangerous element of jan's game to Izzy is his grappling, despite what people may think Izzy is no slouch on the ground but I think the weight difference will be substantial enough to where izzy will be in trouble if Jan gets his hands on him.

I've made good money betting on Israel Vs Gastulem, Whittiker and Costa. I've never bet against him actually considering doing just that and am waiting until the face off at least but Jan will gain weight after it definitely considering that also. I can't believe I'm possibly betting against Israel. I'm a huge fan also. It's the power differance and how that cam change the dynamics of an MMA fight. I know he needs to land or get hold of him first. Suppose I'm gonna have to check their reach. I believe Izzy being a 6'4 tall guy easily walks around 95-100 kg and trains at that weight. People take the weight thing too seriously. It mostly comes down to technical ability and endurance when we're grappling.

To me Jan has to train more for his grappling and wrestling to have any chance of beating adesanya, but at the same time he must mix that up with his stand up striking because adesanya is just on a whole another level in terms of stand up striking overall compared to most of his opponents, it's really not close..Jan has great striking power overall and I'm sure he's the stronger grappler of the two but in terms of agility, quickness, foot work and coordination Jan is not on that level of adesanya's for sure..

Yall bout to see the fastest champ champ in history. Everyone said Costa was too big, but we all saw, skill over size any day.
That’s because Izzy isn’t small either the guy is 6’4 which is as tall as Jon Jones and taller than any other middleweight. He’s always the taller fighter with longer reach which is why I don’t buy into that whole matrix bullshit. He’s just really long which lets him see strikes coming cause the opponent has to cover a lot of distance to reach him. It’s like Conor when he was fighting at featherweight.

One important factor was not mentioned (iirc), which is speed. Adesanya is way faster than anyone in mid and light heavy. Because of that, I think he will need to survive the first round, just as Miocic against Ngannou, meanwhile trying to pick him apart just as he did against with Costa. From the 2. round it will be a slope for Jan.
Jan is strong af but slow, Isreal is fast and strong perfect accuracy
Have you seen his counters or kicks? Look at what he did to reyes' body with one swift kick, same with latifi
You forgot to mention about Jan checking the kicks. Jan has rly good reflex and likes to check the kicks of his opponents. For example Luke Rockhold were low kicking Jan in their fight, but after 1 good check he stopped cause it harm him more then Jan. Its one of those aspects you can't forget. If he will try to low kick - be sure he won't brake his leg instead
