They released Suarez because he was earning around 13M Euros salary (FCB pays 26M with taxes), and La Liga has salary cap for clubs, that wages can not exceed a certain % of the whole budget. When the budget got smaller due to coronavirus crisis the % got too big and had to be reduced. The club saved 80M Euros from salaries of different players. When FCB get Depay + Eric Garcia they will earn half of Suarez's salary. Dembele gets a big salary too.
Getafe got so many scoring chances but that guy that missed a one on one @1:06 needs beating...
Well, you could see during the match that he was incredibly frustrated at himself for not scoring.
VarTafe is the next Vardrid you should have lost but the most realistic result looking at the match would have been 1:1 1 goal from penalty each but of course yours truly 13th player the referee works for you so there was no penalty for Barca. For me it's the exact opposite: La Liga can be quite boring when being dominated by the Real-Barça duopoly. If you know it's either Barça or Real winning the league, then it's only El Clásico that's truly interesting. But with the rise of the benjamins to the top of the table thus far, and with both Atletico Madrid and Sevilla having a feasible chance at winning rather than just Barça or Real, this season of La Liga is truly exciting for me as an Atletico Madrid fan. I welcome new competition from Sevilla and others.
