  • Me empezaba aprender español hace 14 años. Lo que puedo decir es que si se mejora por 1%, o 0.1%, cada dia o semana, o por un periodo de años, entonces eventualmente se llega en un punto cuando se de cuenta de que “woh! Actualmente me he vuelto bastante bueno en hablar español”. No hago mucho en cuanto a estudiar español por la mañana, pero con bastante tiempo, se puede aprender todo

  • Este fue un episodio oportuno, gracias. Como nuevo estudiante de español (hablo inglés y japonés), las clases de inmersión me resultan muy estresantes. Me tomo el tiempo para organizar, preparar traducciones y revisar materiales con anticipación. Aún así, me siento estresado y agotado, especialmente cuando hay reglas diferentes para cada país de habla hispana (es difícil llevar la cuenta como estudiante nuevo) mientras trato de recordar vocabulario y conjugaciones. :(

  • Puedo relacionarme con esto mucho. Conozco las palabras que tengo que decir en mi mente. Pero cuando tengo que hablarlo físicamente, las palabras en español simplemente desaparecen como si me dijera que adiós mi amiga, te veré más tarde. Así que sé que aprender un nuevo idioma lleva tiempo, requiere mucha paciencia y energía.

  • I have a question for native Spanish speakers. If I, as an Eastern European, do not pronounce the hard R like Spaniards and Latinos (or Italians) do, can I still communicate without problems in Spanish? I will add that my pronunciation of R is not quite soft (like, for example, the French), it is somewhere in between. This fact stops me from starting to learn Spanish, because I'm afraid that I will spend a lot of time on it and in the end, barely anyone will understand me. I am asking for your honest (and only honest) opinions :)))

  • Hola Pau 💛José no sé qué haría sin vuestros vídeos y podcast ,para mí es un gran honor y placer poder Escucharos, muchísimas gracias por todos vuestros consejos La única cosa que me quema por dentro es mi enfermedad y creo que nunca podré quemarse estudiando español al contrato , español es único que tengo en mi vida , me da mucha alegría y fuerza para seguir adelante , estudiándolo olvido por un momento de mis graves problemas de salud como por ejemplo ahora aunque tengo muy alta fiebre estoy escuchando vuestra maravillosa conversación Y si es verdad el proceso de aprendizaje requiere mucha paciencia, energía , disciplina, motivación , el tiempo y esfuerzo Es un dicho / refrán que me encanta Aprender español o cualquier otro idioma sin prisa pero también sin pausa Cada uno tiene su propio método para aprenderlo yo estoy estudiando cada día a veces 9 - 12 horas y nunca me aburro No conozco este sentimiento QUEMARSE Burn out al contrario ……. Quiero hacer todo lo posible para dominarlo bastante bien porque me da mucha vergüenza mi idioma Espero que Ustedes estén bien y que todo vaya excelente José espero que hayas descansado un poco Le mando a todo el equipo de Easy Spanish un saludo enorme desde hospital Madrid Que tengáis un buen fin de semana hasta la próxima ✋

    • if you think that is bad you should try watching Spanish TV in Spain with Spanish subtitles. They appear (almost) right across the middle of the screen and keep changing colour when a different person speaks. I think the idea of the subtitles here is good. You do not have to look at them but use them occasionally to check a new word.

  • Learning a new language is also about having a good memory. One tip is to place sticky notes on different objects, so you can remember how to say them in Spanish.
