Yes in this video you could hear the Rangers fans making good noise but Frankfurt was much louder indeed. In Bundesliga they have more experience of coordinating their chants and choreographies so that 10.000-15.000 Frankfurters can be more impressive than 20.000-25.000 Rangers as the Rangers fans managed to get more of the tickets sold beyond the official club reserved tickets. Sevilla stadium is very beautiful and I like roofless Spanish stadiums at a spring evening but a match with two giant fan bases with over hundreds of thousands of ticket requests the stadium is too small.

As a fan of Eintracht Frankfurt, I am overjoyed. But I have to compliment the players and especially the Glasgow Rangers fans... they are very fair, honest and passionate. Incredibly beautiful scenes (before and after the game) of Eintracht and Glasgow fans shaking hands. That's almost more important!

Much respect for the Rangers and their fans. When I grew up as a Frankfurt fan in the 80s the admiration for Glasgow Rangers was part of our culture. That went back to the semi-final in 1960 which was one of the greatest moments in the history of Eintracht Frankfurt. History repeats itself.

The ref was very lenient whole game. It's good that he let the game flow and wasn't blowing his whistle every 5 secs for trivial offences and disrupting and spoiling the game as many refs do in finals. But he was excessively soft! The amazing counter attack and Aribo's flick past Trapp was lucky? 👍🏻 Lundstrum deserved a yellow but you can't really suggest he intentionally kicked up at rode's head and it was not an example of a red card offence (intentionally dangerous play) but it was concerning to see the challenge at the time. Okay, there should have been a penalty. That's the referee for you, and to be honest, a couple of frankfurt players deserved yellow cards for repeated fouls but didn't get handed one.
