I try woodturning a resin sphere in a wooden yew tree cube!
I have had this idea ever since I made my globe in a cube and I'm glad I got around to doing it!

    • Normally, people will soak the cube and then press the sphere in while the wood is flexible, but where's the fun in doing things the easy way? :P

  • I saw this done in metal. It was a bit different, they start with a solid cube. This always impressed the hell out of me. I've been waiting to see a wood turner do it. Great job.
