It's easy to get in shape - just clean your entire house manually using a broom, pails of soapy water, and rag. No mop, no vacuum, no convenience. Just get down on your knees to wipe your floor clean. Do this everyday and you'll lose weight. Edit: you want a cardio exercise? Just step on a dry rag and use your feet to wipe your floors clean.

Work out clothes are mostly a scam. You can work out with just loose home clothes. You just need a good pair of rubber shoes and if you're a woman, a bra that could support breasts when jogging (doesnt have to be a sports bra but they are the best option).

Sometimes we women have large breasts. And to find a sports bra to support them is hella expensive. I'm talking custom made because off the rack for big boobs isn't an option. I'm an F cup. To do cardio is one regular bra and two off the rack sports bras. And then cardio is hard because my ribs can't expand the way they're supposed to.
I have found that I’ve needed a good pair of leggings and shorts so the leggings don’t fall down and the shorts don’t bunch up when running and doing high intensity workouts.

During quarantine I went from a very thin 155 to 205… lost it in about 4 months and dropped right back down to 160 by being on a caloric deficit, plant based + pescatarian diet and literally playing my oculus + walking 10k steps a day. No gym, just consistent effort! Now im 185 with muscle feeling better than ever!!

Between the years of 6-11 I was skinny Minny then all of a sudden I gained weight And I was chubby until I turned 17 then I lost all the weight I kept it off I was only 110-120 pounds until I turned 26 years old then I got pregnant with my first daughter I reach 150 pound then I lost ten pounds then by the time I was 27 I got pregnant again with my second daughter that's when my weight went to hell after giving birth I thought the weight would just start going away oh heck was I wrong . When I was skinny I thought I looked amazing but I guess people didn't like the way I looked when I was skinny I've been getting more compliments now that I'm chubby again that I ever have in those eight years when I was skinny oh you look so much better with weight on you don't look sick anymore you look actually healthy now all this other stuff , that I'm like oh well I don't really like being chubby I'm going to lose the weight so I can feel good about myself then their response would be oh well I hope you don't lose too much you look so much better now you don't look like a skeleton you don't look sick you look so much better now ugh ....... .... ..... It's like really I look better chubby than I did skinny how does that make sense I don't feel better chubby I felt better when I was skinny cuz I looked in the mirror and didn't feel so self-conscious about myself and didn't see all that blubber lingering in the mirror when I was skinny I didn't see any of that blubber I saw myself as pretty I want to do what I need to do to make myself feel good about myself oh well aren't you happy well yeah I'm happy well do you have everything you want in life well basically well then it shouldn't matter if you're chubby or if you're skinny we all think you look better chubby goodness!

I had a brain surgery and a stoke at age 43. I lost over 30 lbs. Not the way I wanted to lose weight 😒 😫

Because most people went from working outside the home to working from home and gyms were closed. Not everyone had a home gym set up so it created a lack of motivation since you couldn't do the things you enjoyed. And you may not always be able to leave the house to do outdoor activities if you work from home so yes you can find body weight exercises on KZhead or just do HITT but many became depressed. So it's it's great you had access and kept going but that wasn't everyone else's experience.
