Very nice property Luis and well presented. A good option for someone to enjoy as a seasonal farm and camping, or to have a house in the village and enjoy the land all year. I think I would build a new water tank at the highest point behind the building so that water can be pumped up and gravity fed to the building. I would like to have seen the creek and the land you mentioned suitable for veggies, also an overhead plan with boundaries marked.

Just being clear, it is not a house. The size of a bathroom wouldn’t be a problem, it’s too small and it’s considered a low impact building.
Didn't you show us this property already? The beautiful yellow house with the cat and the double garage with the cantina with a barbecue? I guess they didn't want the land?

Could someone live on the land in a Caravan ? Or a Campervan
There is no law that takes you the possibility to live on your land. A camper is a removable structure and as long as you are not connected to the mains grid, no problem. Come and live happy.

Thank you ,an interesting piece of land , what is the procedure to be able to buy it please. Also for your understanding ,there is no such thing as a strawberry tree ,as they are low level growing berry’s ,grown on hay or straw in the uk .it may be a berry shrub though

Trust me, I had this conservation many times over. 😅😅 They don’t produce strawberries, instead they produce arbutus. Google the name and you will see it. Why the name strawberry tree, no idea 😊😅👍.
Good day lt is exactly the strawberry tree from which the famous „Medronho“is distilled. Honey is also made from it,but not everyone likes this honey. I like it very much and it is suitable to marinating grill-meat. Regards from Switzerland

Portuguese properties have an important designation which you must pay attention to. They are either 'rural', 'urban' or 'mixed' (meaning the property has both urban and rural designated parts).You can't get a normal mortgage to buy 'rural'-designated (i.e. agricultural) land - it has to be registered 'urban' (even if it's not actually in a town). In this case 'urban' means that it's approved for full-time human habitation. I'm not saying this property is or is not, you have to ask Luis. I'm just saying Portuguese property laws are extremely complex.
I always appreciate the input of everyone who wants to share some knowledge but please, try to be accurate, if not you are misinforming people. Some of what you wrote makes sense, but not the whole. I’m not here trying to act like a property lawyer, but whoever may need this kind of information, should search for one. Example: 1 - urban is not enough to get a mortgage. 2 - urban may not be habitation. 3 - depending on the urban, may not be able for you to live there. but thanks anyway. 😅😁

Thats why I said to ask you in my post :-) but also, if anyone wants to purchase properties in Portugal, it's important to have counsel there to understand the complexity of the Portugese laws concerning. Please invest in a 4K camera, it's really hard to see the property with poor quality of the video.
You must change, on your definitions, the quality of what you are seeing. You must have it at 480p ou 720p, choose 1080p.
