Ok so hear me out here. There were many, many, MANY Spooky Month references in this week. HOWEVER... Eyes wasn't referenced even once, unless you count that one part in the second song where they're floating in space. If we're not counting the lore, he's just as normal/important of a friend to Skid as Frank or Kevin. But even people who scared him WAY more than Eyes did, like Bob, are referenced in the illusion that's supposed to make him feel safe. But speaking of Bob... He seems to be the only one aware of his circumstances during the illusion. Everyone else is smiling creepily or aren't able to move their mouths at all, but Bob actually looks concerned. It seems the illusion chose a bunch of random people Skid had at least one good memory with, but if they looked into his mind to cause this illusion, don't you think they'd at the very least make Bob smile because he wasn't concerned at all when he was in a dangerous situation like this because he just kept coming back? And he IS dead, and no doubt wouldn't belong in heaven, so maybe that's really him somehow? But then, if you look very closely, his eye is definitely blue. Now, one could argue that that's just him using his amulet to stay alive like he did in ep 5. But that wouldn't make sense if this was _him._ He wouldn't need to do that. He's already dead. And even if he somehow _did_ need to, there's no reason for Bob of all people to be concerned about this. He clearly has some kind of grudge towards the kids, and came back from the dead many times just to try to hurt them. So what if, hear me out... That's _not_ actually Bob, but moreso Eyes looking at the scene through Bob? Bob _is_ in Eyes' cult, so it's possible Eyes has a quick way of being able to do something like this. Eyes is also friends with the kids, so of course he'd be concerned with what's happening. Maybe the flickering hints that the kids will get back out of this one day, and when they do, I bet you that Eyes is probably gonna be the one behind it.
I love the fact that when Evil Boyfriend knocks out Pump with the microphone, he just looks at the screen like: "Oops, did I do that?"

The horrifying thing is Every time progress is made, it's immediately lost, and it appears as The Demon tightens his hold on BF, C!BF only grows stronger. But something VERY interesting to note is it seems this corruption is not effective at taking down pairs of people. C!BF struggled to take down Skid and Pump, so he had to remove one of them from the picture.
Idunno, it almost got both Pico and Darnell together, even before the Day 3 splitup plan backfired.
thia looks like the weakest corruption variant out of all of them and I'm taking into account the one who easily infected hex because it's full of shit constantly relying on tricks and plot armor, always in large hoards, USING PHYSICAL CONTACT! even OG never uses physical contact to infect, and still being uncorrupted on every week but props they are still winning
From what i've seen, I actually think StarlightsArts MINUS Corruption is the weakest. It does NOT do well against any victims who still have the genuine will to stand up and fight. It typically relies on hallucinations, which makes it appear their victims are grotesquely mutated in absolutely terrifying ways that will get even the most battle hardened veterans to quiver in their boots. Who knows. It just might get stronger with age.... this corruption is still in its infancy.

In this mod, Skid and Pump turned out to be very strong. Not only resisting Corruption and even uncorrupting themselves, Skid and Pump by their teamwork and friendship managed to damage CBF and pissing him of. If you look closely to CBF's body (at 1:46, right after the flash), you can see that he is not getting uncorrupted, but rather gaining new "scars" all over himself, and getting pissed off from that. But even after CBF takes down Pump, Skid is still managing to keep going, and even uncorrupted himself single handedly, he probably was very pissed after seeing what a dirty move did BF.
Since you mentioned the scars, I feel like it’s gonna be a situation where after everyone’s corrupted, bf breaks out

This mod is getting intense! All the memories, all the relationships, they seem to be getting out of hand, and the corruption is using those things to manipulate and [CONTROL] others around him. It makes his victims think that it's not worth to fight or [LIVE] anymore. After all... it's only going to get worse.
I gasped in shock when cbf threw the mic at pump, knocking him unconscious, but it was even more shocking, when lila appeared and traumatized skid. And i almost cried when i realized that skid and pump were losing. But then i was left speechless, when skid split his soul and gave it to pump, potentially becoming useful in the future. This mod keeps getting better and better.

I’ve been noticing a theme with Hellbeats Corruption being that the core cast are putting up more of a fight. Pico nearly broke BF free, and Skid and Pump only lost because CBF knocked out Pump and used an illusion of Lila and everyone from Spooky Month against Skid. I wonder how the Dearests will fare. I mean, from what I’ve gathered, GF hasn’t been corrupted yet given she hasn’t shown up at all yet.

Something I absolutely love about this corruption series that sets it apart from the others is how it has emotion in a way, speaking and acting in a chaotic manner, like when cbf threw the mic at Pump and then just shrugged his shoulders. Instead of just being the same old corruption but harder, it's noticeably different, which is amazing. The team did a great job with this one, keep up the good work and take breaks if needed :p

Later in the video, I realized that when Pump got knocked out by Cbf, Skid got more corrupted but then started to slowly get un corrupted because he was focusing more and Pump was Skids main source of confidence. So Cbf decided to throw his mic at him cuz he knew that affect Skid.
The fact that CBF does not let Skid raise his life bar in the part where he is already going to be corrupted and loses hope is a nice detail of how he can no longer give for more Good Job doing this Amazing Song!

To everyone who thinks they still have a chance of surviving/thinking pump is alive: if you look at the end of the fight, pump’s text outline is orange and if you look at day 2’s pump’s text it has no orange outline. meaning that he might be corrupted. Which also means they both lost. (Pause here 3:55) you can see pump’s face is getting corrupted. And then at 4:08 (pause) you can’t see pump’s face anymore meaning he got corrupted at this very moment.

Alright, I love this concept, or maybe I'm looking into this too deep. So the virus spreads by telling people to "let go" and "go to sleep", so I can assume this is a battle of mental fortitude. In the first song of this week, Skid gets easily overcome by the corruption because he is on his own and is *feeling* hopeless and defeated. Then Pump comes in and gives him hope, which gets most of the corruption out of him. Then they both get up and dance against Corrupted Boyfriend. I think this is to keep their minds racing, and obviously being with each other is keeping them hopeful, especially because they claimed a victory just before the song started. So with the combination of dancing to keep their minds kicking, and being with one another to keep hope and mental fortitude, Corrupted Boyfriend starts to panic, and just decks Pump upside the head to remove hope out of the equation, which breaks Skid's mental fortitude, which easily breaks him apart as time goes on without Pump to be there to help him, not to mention the Lila part. I could be looking too deep into this, but I love it very much.

I agree with this besides the 'breaks mental fortitude' part. When Pump is KO'd, Skid actually gets more corrupted, but he quickly reverses that on himself. His eyes turn more yellow, and each note gives more HP than normal. Besides the Lila illusion, Skid was angry and stopped holding back, and could definitely stand his ground at least for a while if Lila didn't come

I've noticed something. CBF's grown a horn, and the corruption around him is beginning to crack. It's like the longer they stay corrupted, they get somewhat more expressive and stronger. Yet, weaker considering it's beginning to "shed" it's skin. Cause i noticed later in the song he now grows an halo, and as soon as he does he's able to make an illusion.

this corruption seems to be a glass cannon, being extremely efficient at corrupting alone individuals but the moment it's slightly outnumbered everything goes crumbling down, we saw it in the pico week and now here, the fact that CBF had to chest showed how desperate it is
my theory, every time bf fights someone, his corruption cracks, so by the time he fights DD, CFs corruption will shatter, and he will be able to uncorrupt everyone he corrupted also, he may have the ability to take his victims abilities. Like how he took Pico's angle form

I know I'm late to this, but I just can't get over how good this is! With Skid and Pump being my favorite characters, it's heartbreaking to see them in this state. I nearly cried in the final cutscene for them. Especially with the music and flashbacks of memories was amazing but sad at the same time. Wow! Just wow!

Alright I have a lot to say first amazing dialogue and story with this video just shows how gullible the kids are. Next, BF really did them dirty in the song which was totally in character also love how he's getting more cracks and he's evolving in every video now the corruption is using his angel powers considering the Halo. He knew Skid was the weak link and the illusion of the past really traumatized Skid so great storytelling. Amazing job overall still wondering what Skid did at the end with his soul but the DEVOTION to make this the best it can be is here. 100000000000000000000/10. Also, side note glad you're not afraid of having characters swear.

It's ironic. Pico lost because Darnell came to "help." Skid lost because Pump wasn't there to help. Pico is an angel. Skid is a demon. Hmm... I'm seeing opposition with these two here. Also can I say that it's bad for the corruption if the biggest threat is not an angel breaking free, but two kids breaking free and one of them adapting to CBF's tricks if it were to happen?

First, I love how this take isn’t afraid to go to a much darker side, it really fits it’s name I mean it’s literally called HELLbeats. It also really emphasizes yeah this is kind of the end of the world. The song sprites background and all that jazz are amazing. I have to say I wasn’t really shocked when skid and pump lost however I do like the callback to how they ended up in hell. It looks like they might have judged boyfriend a bit to freedom though despite losing as he visibly gains more cracks which only previously happened when he was recorripged from being uncorrupted and some angelic features came out. Also the end makes it seem like they might have a hope? So much room for speculation. Keep up the great work, the whole team is doing an amazing job with this!

When I was listening to this song I was like serious like are they actually about to win but when BF through the mic at pump and he died that just broke everything

My favorite part of the video is when DD came and jumped through the ceiling, saving the kids right at the last second, performing a backflip and immediately killing every corrupted within 100 miles. And then Tankman appeared and said multiple slurs until Lemon Demon himself couldn't take it anymore, and instantly set off one of Pump's nukes to escape.

That just goes to show how desperate C.BF is having to knock out pump and make skid relive very traumatic event just to make any progress with him My head canon on what happened is skid got kidnapped and taken to hell by Moloch, pump unable to save skid went to tell lila who freaked out after a period of desperation her sanity slowly began to dwindle and her first victim was pump blaming him for her son's disappearance, she became so deranged that even Bob fell to her
Well no cuz in the original HellBeats mod skid and pump tell you they got dragged down to hell by a demon and near the end you can see a picture of skid getting dragged down to hell while pump is trying to save him

Even though it was obvious they're gonna lose, it's still nice and also refreshing seeing that they could take a W in day 2 Also i have a feeling that the spooky kids are the key to uncorruption. Since their lights slighty flickered. No one has had that. Also Skid split his... soul? With Pump So maybe that'll be relevant to the plot?

Ok, the ending had me crying. If I had to choose one of the spooky boys, I’d choose skid. The poor thing was unwillingly dragged to hell with his best friend and saw his own mother become a psycho (that was an illusion I think). Bf was cheating just to break skid into falling to the corruption, and it all started with the mic toss at pump. I’m squeezing my Skid plush as I’m typing this. You poor thing…🥺🥺😭😭
Man I just found your channel recently and these fnf corruption songs all are amazing!!! Also I have a theory too; I think Skid and Pump lasted longer than Pico and Darnell purely because Skid and Pump's goal were to save each other and escape Corrupted Boyfriend which is why Pump could save Skid since they're friendship power. Pico and Darnell's goal were mainly to defeat/save corrupted Boyfriend. Now you can see how Pico & Darnell helped Boyfriend more but Skid and Pump helped each other more and that's the difference which is why it happened the way it happened. That's my theory but aside from that keep it up! These songs are awesome!!!

I love how even though pump got knocked out, skid still had the courage to fight against corrupted boyfriend and even uncorrupted himself. But of course in typical corruption fashion, boyfriend caused skid to have hallucinations about Lila and skid lost. I was really hoping for skid to win this one but I still will love it nonetheless.

If you pause during 3:55 pump is almost covered while unconscious?. Pause at 4:06 and Pump is fully corrupted. That should explain two blacken letters after the song. Welp, Bf just F---ing killed pump, Unleashed his angelic demon (idk how to state it but he has halo now), and somehow cast Major illusion on skid.
From what I see the corruption and very dependent on the trauma others have and uses it against its targets but pump isn’t affected by the past but skid is so it makes sense that he would try to mess with skid more but if skid is corrupted now will pump give in? I personally don’t think so.

so it looks like my theory from the last video was somewhat correct (i think), considering skid only started getting corrupted once pump was knocked out, and quite quickly corrupted at that, just like the first video. and now that skid is basically fully corrupted, pump still might have a chance to run as his letter seemed to glow more than skid’s at the end, meaning my prediction that they might get split up might be correct, that or pump is already corrupted while knocked out.
I’ve been listening this for a week every day for an hour due to how good it Is! (Well idk how long lol)
