Tom has the best position there, getting amazing food every time 😆
Love Gaz giving shout-outs to similar vegan cooks like Sarno. A person who gives credit is a credit unto themselves and to community. Share the love. Spread the knowledge. 💫
❤❤❤ you know it’s good when the taste tester closes their eyes and and smiles 😊
This is definitely a recipe to try to work with. That's really cool how you can use the tea and the wok as a smoker.
Definitely!
Gaz you are on another level these days. The kitchen is amazing, and this recipe looks so amazing. Thanks for sharing this!
Thanks so much
Gotta say I think celeriac is kind of underrated. It brings a nice sweetness when baked in the oven with other vegetables and I love to use it for a vegan bologonese as well :)
I totally agree!
I’ve never tasted it, what does it taste like
@@alexdesimone6924a cross between swede and celery if you can believe that
This looks spectacular, and NOT ugly at all! Love when Tom gets to taste test. Definitely love when you sit down with others to enjoy your beautiful creations
Ugly before I cooked it lol

You and Tom are the ultimate friendship goal. Authentic videos like this one always bring me peace and comfort, thank you for sharing and both of your hard work 💜
I love the vibe of this video, like a fairytale
Been following you Gaz from many moons ago and i love your progression brotha. Thank you for the consistent content
I'm soaking up every minute of that new kitchen!
My plant based 8 yr young son absolutely loves your videos 😍 and inspire him to cook! Thank you for the love you emulate
The entire time I was watching this video I was thinking how extra this all was for a vegetable. And then when you plated it I was like “oh… I wanna eat that” 😂 looks incredible
Imagine Gaz calling an ingredient ugly FULLY KNOWING he's going to turn it into something beautiful and mouthwatering! A full blown wizard, is what you are!!
I’m loving the more regular content, couldn’t click fast enough ✨ Me and my husband were in the Derbyshire Dales a couple of weeks ago and the river banks were covered in wild garlic, without your knowledge sharing Gaz, I would never have known what it was! Thank you.
What a creative use of celeriac, Gaz! Really gotta hand it to you, that was (another) very impressive video. Much love to my favourite yt chef
Thank you! Cheers!
i loved the 15 minute meals from jamie oliver growing up but then there was nothing like it anymore and than I found your channel 2017-18 and now with the kitchen I get this feeling again thanks and keep going like this :))
So you're saying you had a crush on Jamie Oliver and know you have one on Gaz Oakley....makes sense, ig
Tom is a lucky guy....... doing what he loves (cameraman), traveling companionship and most importantly you both enjoy your friendship!
This man is a legend in the making.. Just WOW!.
better than Ramsey
Just lovely. I could almost taste your creation. It is so succulent looking. You are super creative in the kitchen and this was a joy to watch to see you incorporate the wild garlic into a new dish. I just love your new kitchen and your knife rack too!
Another level on plant base food. Great idea.
The innovation to turn such unnoticed ingredient into yet another piece of a puzzle that makes up a delightful dish is remarkable. You bare such an outstanding talent, that has inspired me to create uncommon dishes ever since 2016 despite how much I’ve moved/ traveled. I cannot thank you enough for sharing your ever-changing ventures and new ideas. It’s also very lovely to see Tom after so long!
Wow! At the beginning I thought you cooked mushrooms (which I don't really like) but then...amazing! I need to try this recipe, it looks so good!! Thank you for sharing!
Hope you enjoy
The taste testing shot with the mirror is W composition ✨ Loved seeing this recipe and all of your passion in every meal.
Always look forward to your uploads Gaz! 😆 Thanks for sharing this amazing and unique recipe. I’ve never thought to use pesto like this. Been trying to find new ways to use fresh ingredients from the garden. Saving this one for this weekend! Much love from Texas ❤
if only humble celeriac would know how it’s going to be cooked, it would be very proud😌
ooh fun! i love that you cook with root veggies. they are SO underrated. keep up the good work! also, your new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous - well done.
The camera man has the best job and gets great food🌻
I love your recipes ♡ Thank you for being awesome❤
This video has me in some kind of aesthetic heaven…if it exists it is surely in your kitchen with those matching copper pans and oven switches 😍😍😍😍
Gaz, my man, your channel is underrated. I haven’t seen the types of recipes you do anywhere else. You are one of a kind! Thanks for sharing your magic with us.
I've just made pesto with my golden marjoram which grows madly in my garden. Marjoram, garlic, olive oil, salt, pine nuts, nutritional yeast. Absolutely gorgeous but I'm needing something else to do with it. Thanks Gaz.
So happy we get so much new and great content ❤
What a great indoor smoking method using the tea, I’ve never seen that before on anyone else’s channel. This is why Gaz is the best, innovative yet accessible recipes showcased beautifully
This mirror in the end ^^
I love celeriac! Your kitchen is beautiful.
“Good things come in threes!” 😋
Oh my gosh, what a feast! I defenately gonna try this! ❤ … and by the way: not only this delicious dish but also the kitchen with all the beautiful details and that mirror at the dining place… great big cinema!
Just tried this burnt onion purée recipe with roasted potatoes and smoked tofu... how is this so simple yet so delicious?!! Might be great with a bit of mustard added, maybe I'll try next time. I also got my mind blown by this tea-smoking technique, I think I will invest in a steam basket to try!! Thank you for the cooking inspiration :)
I love your new kitchen Gaz, and amazing work everything you and Tom are making !
Lovely looking. Thanks for the ideas.
You are so welcome!
I love the ability to find an ingredient and just think of some obscure and detailed way to make it. Looks amazing
The setting, the people, the food… this is what humans are meant to do on this planet - create divine beauty
What a beautiful dish... truly a labor of love! ❤🤤
Amazing! Pleasure to watch you cook in your new kitchen! And I love a man who washes his hands!!
soooo creative! looks incredible! 😍
Epic!!!!! I love this episode so much. What a wholesome, creative recipe!!
I love the creativity with such an underrated veg. Pesto is one of my favorite sauce/dressing for many dishes. I was expecting a heavier use of it, but I love that you chef it up and just dressed it at the end as it needs to stay raw to fully shine💯big points for legit techniques all the way across. I must admit, sumac is one of my favorite and a new discovery in last 15 years. Such zesty lemon earthy tang and great addition to cumin in coconut yogurt for that middle eastern flavor . I was picturing all of these sauces and ingredients in a home made pita bread pocket!!!😋 side note since this is long anyway. The kitchen is a stunner mate! I build kitchen and custom cabinetry for a living. Love where you took this. Kind of a dream set up! The 3/4 angle shot of the shallow counter eating sesh is 👌🏼. Tom is always on point!!! Crushing it as always.
This is a work of art. Can't wait to try it 😍
Damn that looks amazing!!!
Wish I could come over for free samples 😂❤
This looks amazing! It’s my turn to cook on Sunday so I think I may need to give this a go!
Well done Gaz, Thanks for the lovely Food and trips around the World. 🍄🌴🥰
Super creative!
My first experience with celery root as a vegan was in Denmark. They use it everywhere when preparing vegetarian dishes, including burgers and steaks. It's probably because it's so cheap here and easy to cook. I do enjoy it if it's really well seasoned. Otherwise, you'll end up eating a bland root.
Oooooh I missed your fancy dishes! Love it so much, definitely going to make this on a special day! 🧅🤍
Honestly, no other kitchen could match your energy and style. I love the new space and the dish - jut wow! I am a big fan of celeriac but have never seen it being a star of such a beautiful dish! The pairing of flavors and textures... insane! P.S. As always, brovo to Tom for making this video a cinematic masterpiece!
Wow, this looks amazing. Don't know where to get ramps around here, but there is green garlic and garlic chives. We will be celebrating Beltane this weekend when everyone can be together and I am thinking this would be a great dish for that celebrating some fresh vege from spring with the remnants of a few winter vege. Also have asparagus and fresh herbs from the garden. You inspire me.
Thank you for this great video. This food looks super good and I bet it tastes even better!!! Number 3 is considered a perfect number; the number of harmony, wisdom and understanding! I hope that someday I can have this much harmony too!
I only ever use celeriac for soup/broth. This is so interesting!
This is so creative. Your food presentation is beautiful
I have never cooked celeriac. This is soo neat! Gonna try it.
That looks like a fine dining dish that one actually can replicate at home. Wow 😍
Wow Gaz, just wow. I love celeriac, in fact had celeriac and parsley soup for tea tonight!
Whenever I watch your videos, it feels like home and like we are all a community. ❤️
Oh, wow! I wish I had the skill and patience to make that dish 😍
🤯Stovetop smoking with a steamer basket 🤯 Learned something new today!!! Can't wait to try it
Awesome recipe!!👌👌❤
I've often seen celeryroot in a grocery store close by; I think I just discovered what I can do with it. Thank you!
Love this so much 💚
Watching this was like a dream into cooking-wonderland, I loved every second of it!! Yummmmm!

Thank you kindly!
I am going to try that looks grand.
This looks delicious, i often feel stumped on how to bring a certain amount of freshness to root vegetables 🌱
Sounds delish!!!!!! 👩🏼🍳😋😋😋
Amazing Meals! It reminds me of a BBQ Chicken Tortilla wrap with Avacado and a Mango Peach Sauce! Thank You For Your recipes they are soo amazing! 😊
Just keeps getting better 🔥🔥
Looks amazing, will have to try as I grew up eating celeriac. Funny, been following Derek Sarno for ages and through youtube discovered your channel which is also outstanding, great shout out!

Every thing in the dish looks incredible but that burnt onion puree sounds insanely good! 😊
Props for creativity bro!
Brilliant video Gaz. I'm growing Celeriac for the first time this year! Have you got any tips on how to grow Celeriac?
I went to a vegan fine dining restaurant last weekend and they served a few celery root dishes that were excellent!! Gonna try this
I’ve never eaten celiac but I just planted some because of your videos.
Looks Delicious 😋 😋
It was! ❤️🔥
the kitchen.. the music.. new dimension in our smartphone technology world... amazing
Well, now I want to grow celeriac just so I can try making this! We don't have ramps here, but maybe garlic scapes would work in a pinch...
Perfect ❤
Roasted potatoes or cauliflower my pick
Been trying to make this & i can say you make it look easy. Got a decent looking & tasting dish, but I was wondering if the recipe will come online, so I can further perfect it!
BEAUTIFUL I love your aesthetic Please do a whole house tour.
