I agree with the MGTOW. I did everything proper coming up, working, family, church and all of that stuff. Was never out of work longer than two weeks if changing a job. One divorce from the soon to be ex-wife, and I lost it all. Now, I am MGTOW. Also, things in the workforce/business world have changed. It used to be your handshake and word was cement. Now, the mindset is, "it sucks to be you." Employers now will punish you for looking right when they thought you should have looked left. Also, if you work with female coworkers, you have to be prepared to be charged with harassment of some sort even if you behave yourself.

I work in the construction industry and I have seen zero women around doing heavy manual labour. They just walk around with their affirmative action and university badges to give out orders lol the only labour they should be doing is popping out kids and raising them with the biological father. Then when the child is old enough to support themselves they can go out and be a carreer woman. They can literally have it all.

Yep, for sure! I've woken up! Here's my WARNING & experience! It's a read, titled "MGTOW, Get Known!" In 2013, I lost my job in Australia's mining downturn, I was warned & seen a property decline to follow, so decided to sell & return to NewZealand, which I'd thought was available with my wife, otherwise I'd never have supported her wants, by moving to Australia, in 2002, to Perth! I'd seen potential profit compared to NZ then. Currently in NZ, we've both big family & trust inheritances, I have job security & debt free living available, as my mum died, so her house sat vacant for years, yet my wife's emotional love, or triggered hypergamy for the dream home I'd provided, clouded her vision so she refused to see sense, or support me! We've since lost the same amount of finances, that's $220k profit, if sold, to now be equal financial loss of more than 200k, at her financially foolish hand with market decline, mortgage payments profiting the bank in interest, as no capital has been paid off, & what's worse, as the downturn continues, she'll drive us into negative equity where we soon can't sell, for more than we owe! I've tried to sternly warn her, but she stubbornly hypergamously hangs onto that house, while bank & feminist court ignores me! They keep giving her the "pussy pass" as a complete display of the misandry men face there! I've aptly renamed it "The Feminist Court!" It's so unfortunate, as I'm highly attracted to females by default as my biological drive to have one for life, to enjoy the company, children & intimacies of marriage! Now I'm a MGTOW man, as I've fast found 5+ years ago from one woman, I could never trust another again! Then I found MGTOW 2 years ago, to relate completely! What I want is the functional family unit for mutual benefit for both & the stability for having & raising children. You won't find that today! What's more, females know this from childhood as the feministic narrative is practically brainwashed from birth into all girls, so from the moment she's manipulated her man to get that ring on it, she'll continue to manipulate, coercive control, use shaming tactics to get her way throughout the relationshit etc, untill when he's finally had enough to stand his ground on something, by briffaults law, she'll see no further benefit & eject him! She'll then engage gynocentric law to continue getting her way by extracting his resources well after that! That's indentured servitude & slavery, especially financially for men! Also never get any joint mortgage or loan, as if she doesn't agree to sell, she gets her way! I should've divorced her then, as would've been better off! Fortunately my daughter woke up before sex or rape happened & abruptly left her mother's to live permanently with me! She now won't talk with her mum because of the betrayal, but learnt of my love for my girls! Shockingly, their mother knew of the abuse, yet excused it & didn't defend my 3 daughter's, as she likely didn't want to loose him, or really his "provisions" for her! I had invested everything in her, done heaps in high hopes she'd honor promises she made to convince me to marry her, yet she'd swiftly pulled that rug, from under my feet once I'd built her a big flash 5+ bedroom best house in the whole suburb, (confirmed by our real estate agent) she then said, I quote; "There's no way I'm ever having any more children!" I was gobsmacked! My high hopes were dashed, as one of her fake promises was "We needed a bigger home to be open to have more kids"! I wanted a big family, she didn't, yet still wanted me to marry her! I said no! So she agreed to a big family to convince me! I fast learnt about female hypergamy as she loved the house, not her husband! Many men say; "A woman cannot love a man! She can only love his social status, resources, & his financial net worth!" I've found that FACT! She also lied that she'd honor me when we had a disagreement, as she'd also promised that as my final condition, to convince me to marry her! My attempt to return to NZ, included a full family relocation package, all expenses payed by my NZ employer! Also all our family's are there, including hers that had also moved back to NZ from here in Perth! She still refused! As my last ditch attempt I took the job & led the way! She verbally divorce me, took legal possession of my home, lied to the court & brainwashed our kids that I was a dead beat dad that abandoned them, as tools for her unbelievably stupid selfish way & milked me for child support! She also has rights to return our kids to Australia, if they went with me! I've been stressed @ max & suicidal twice from her distruction! I finished my contact, returned to Perth, accepted that I'll be controlled by her to live in a country that I now deem & seem unfit for family & be financially destroyed by her in that house, as the only way to have contact with my girls & be their dad, as she refused to even let them visit me while I was in NZ! They've since, left their mothers to live with me, much to her disgust, as she now has to work, as wants to keep that child support gravy train going for the mortgage! I live a minimalist lifestyle with wages under 24k pa, to evade it & feeding welfare to other solo mother welfare bludgers! Fortunately "child support" won't tax my pay, as a low incomes viewed as necessary to survive on, & tax is minimal if nothing! For most, this forces financial hardship, but fortunately I was raised that way, to easily do so. I'll continue till welfare & society crashes, we men take charge, strip all women of their unearned rights especially voting & never give them back again! I earned too much last year, so told "child support" that I'm not paying till I'm given full family authority, to return to NZ! I said "Authority goes with responsibility! You'll never again, force my financial responsibility for her, without my rightful authority!" They legally stated they'll tax my wages for her if necessary! They now are! I'll make a bold statement, all women should be in obedience to their fathers first, then their husband! Biblical FACT! You won't find that in today's gynocentric western world as I've fast learnt the hard way how hypergamy & feminist laws work, so want to warn all men, especially young men that've never been married, to never get married or into any form of relationshit with any woman whatsoever, till they've learnt about hypergamy, briffaults law & female nature, so when combined with family & state law, that men run a mile from marriage, defacto or even cohabitation with women, as it's FAR too dangerous & till that feminist court & child support go broke with no married men left for females to financially abuse & alienate from their kids! One of the main motivations for men to get a good paying job has been made irrelevant in the modern age. Marriage and children. It has been made such a raw deal that men just refuse to become a disposable tool in the social structure.
A part time job, or self-employment on your schedule often is enough if your living expenses are low. A bicycle or transit avoids the exorbitant costs of owning a car which cuts out one major expense.

Iron 12 I worked for 15 years working 80 hrs a week making around $1k per week. On $1k you can barely afford house, car, insurance, ect and you're lucky if you can afford savings. I honestly don't know how ppl survive working 40 hours or just working one job. I have always had to work 80 hours or have two jobs and I believe they rigged the system this way.

I'm 50 and quit my job because of work place attitudes and the implied impossibility of ever advancing my financial future. Why work full time when I can get a part time job to pay my way? I have a Bachelors degree and the few opportunities that exist want too much dedication and sacrifice for just enough money to stay treading above the poverty line. Why give all my time and effort to go nowhere?

@OP: Simple - you don't, so yes I totally agree with you! As long as you can't advance or at least get more money after a while (or the opportunity to earn additional qualifications and advance that way!) you shouldn't really pour your heart into working! Working should give you the opportunity to grow your wealth, too but sadly: Nobody becomes rich through hard labour, you either start your own company (which can of course fail!) or you will probably work all your life without climbing the social ladder, especially if you have a family! If you don't then you can live quite frugaly and invest any left over cash and maybe make some more money that way!

Excellent point. Lots of low paying jobs in technical service pay about the same as a burger flipper, but they want you to travel, work 12 hours a day, and be on call 24/7. Point is the effort and the pay don't match up.

I've seen countless men making good money ruined living in RVs because of permanent alimony and paying child support for kids that are not theirs , one guy I new lived in the parking lot in his car at my work and he made 85 Gs a year . I don't plan on ever getting married, so I don't need to make a bunch of money for other people. I watch over my mom and grandmother and I don't care what anyone thinks about that.

My child support was 25% of my net income per month. No one can survive that. There is no upper limit on CS in some states. You either pay or you go to jail... where you cannot pay CS anymore.

I'm a newly graduated Electrical Engineer making Engineering money. The gov't takes 1/4 instantly for each paycheck. Out of what I get to keep I donate 10% to church, use 20% for bills and fun, and 70% towards a house. Even with all of this I won't be able to afford a mortgage, because of the overinflated housing market. I also graduated with 0 debt. I am doing very well compared to other men, and still have nothing
Maybe keep the donating part for yourself for now. If you can affort it one day, you can double it if you feel the need to.

This is generally speaking, of course, and there are people in both the sexes who defy this general norm. Who told you feminists claim otherwise? They don't. But it's a fact that some some women can handle such jobs and have the inclination to do them. They should not be discouraged. That's what feminism stands for. But I definitely think that women make better managers, administrators especially in the modern day work environment. We are naturally more empathetic. Men still dominate the tech fields. So, jokes aside, they are not going to be unemployed any soon. I also think women are better suited to political leadership in the modern world. Aggressiveness, which men are more prone to, was once a quality that ensured human survival in the jungle, when we were trying to survive, and hence men's leadership during those times was natural. Aggressiveness, in this nuclear age, can be destructive for humanity. I find it shocking when Trump and Kim Jung exchange insults like school kids, literally bragging about the size of their nuclear buttons. Very reckless behavior! Low wage jobs, particularly for men, tend to be unattractive for a number of very good reasons. Working for low wages sucks. There is a particular lack of respect that comes with those positions. I got half my leg shot off while repairing someones home. Was denied any legal advocacy because I refused to lie and tell the judge that it was attempted murder. It was an accident. I won't send the man to prison when it was actually his wifes fault. But for some reason the detectives were really trying to get me to lie and say the husband tried to murder me. Anyways,I have always worked. Always paid my taxes. No criminal record. And was made to lose my home and cars,etc. I thought I was experiencing plumbers disease from the hundreds of peices of shrapnel in my leg,hip and spine. I couldn't catch my breath. After searching for a doctor for 10 YEARS that would actually listen and run the correct tests....it was found that I have leukemia. The incurable kind. By the time they found it I had only 20% of my red blood cells carrying oxygen! Anyways,I worked in construction for 20+ years. When I had gone as far as I could go and had to quit and ask for help....all I got was hate! I served a community my entire life. I thought I was loved. I got to watch EVERYONE ghost me! It was absolutely heartbreaking to see the real character of people. So much so that I packed up a few things and moved thousands of miles away. I thought it wouldn't hurt quite as bad if I was ghosted by complete strangers. I was correct. The experience caused me to LOVE living a completely anonymous existence. I don't know anyone here. And nobody knows me. From what I can tell....everyone here ignores eachother. Outside of the occasional small chat in the market. Anyways,I paid into a government and when I needed some advocacy for my health being taken from me via occupational hazards....nobody was here for me. All I got was called a liar,a bum,a cheat. You name it. It is like an entire community said "Welcome to america BITCH!" "Now here....have some hot lead and some leukemia and gtfo!" That is my experience of america!

I had a job, until my company was bought and I suddenly started doing my job "poorly" even though I was doing the same amount of work. What really happened was my job was outsourced to another office in a cheaper state and two college graduates were hired in my place. After sending out resume after resume to jobs I was qualified for and not hearing anything I stopped. Even if I got the job who's to say the same thing won't happen and I would be discarded after 10+ years so the company can save a few $$$. Also, can anyone tell me why companies that call themselves "equal opportunity employers" ask you what race you are? Isn't that one question they don't need to ask if they are EOE??

Unfortunately ebay scammers and refund surfers are also on the rise so sadly high ticket items need to be collection only which is a pain . On the bright side I have recently gone 100% solar for electonics and 100% wood for heating. Its somehow not permiable here but people have other worries then to complain about a neighbour bringing logs into the building.

My school had a program for women and minorities, they all got all free tutoring, and had a study hall with all the latest and best equipment fully staphed with MS students to help them, no white or asian men allowed. I still ending up tutoring 2 women in my graduating class because they asked me to. They both had C something GPA's. I was on the dean's list. Upon graduating, I got 1 job interview and no jobs. Wasn't able to become a programmer for 10 years. Every single woman in my graduating class got a job right out of college, yes, includling the one's I tutored, regardless of GPA. If you listened to men you might learn something, or at least become a more pleasant human being.

What is the point of working a job? so that I can continue being poor? i don't get it? like every single job i ever had was paying so little that i literally couldn't afford anything. I got depressed, started using drugs, the job drug tested me and i was fired. that was 5 years ago. Haven't looked for another job since. Made myself a promise that I will never work another job that pays anything less than 120k anually because it's just simply not worth it. I have been living in motels and peoples houses and i have been doing some questionable things for money that are less than applicable with the law. It was difficult for us to find jobs. 8 years ago, i was looking for jobs non-stop for 2-3 years. I receive like 15-30 replies all decline and 0 interview meanwhile the recruitment agency mostly hire women office jobs. I got frustrated which prompts me to look for an alternative way to make money and it was the best decision i had, i invested most of my money in crypto back in 2014-2015 now i dont need to work.
