  • As a Duck fan i am stocked about this season, this is the biggest and most talented team we've ever seen at Oregon. I think Oregon will shock a lot of people this year, they're going to be firing on all cylinders. Coach Lanning has this team READY! Just my biased opinion. This season cant come soon enough! SCODUCKS!

  • I can’t wait to see the Oregon defense with all the additions the off-season. Jabar is the new lockdown CB1, Harmon will help solidify the middle, an extra year of weight training should do wonders for Matayo U and Purchase, and there is more than enough depth all over the roster to keep fresh bodies all over the field. Nobody wins a Natty for having the best team on paper, but this is easily the most assembled talent Oregon has ever had, and if Dan can call the game well, they could be a favorite in every game they play.

That said we were outmatched…75 yards rushing to 254 for Auburn. We pulled every trick outta the hat to get the win and almost did…but the matchup was lopsided…we couldn’t run the ball. This team is not the 2010 team all I’m gonna say.

  • If Dan leaves this season with 1 loss he’s 34-6 as a coach, that doesn’t include the conference title game. Uo needs to prove to themselves that they can win, not anyone else. If ole miss or Tennessee had uo’s roster rn this conversation of “what have they won” wouldn’t be happening.

Statistically we won that game, it was a few coaching mistakes going for it on a couple 4th downs that allowed Washington to take it. • The bottom line is that all these teams, OU, OSU and Michigan-even though you are overlooking them, have vulnerabilities. It remains a very, very curious thing how Michigan continues to run outside of consideration here. All the emphasis is on the passing game which modern defenses are catching up to-a solid rushing attack is the greatest vulnerability against these complicated amoeba defenses.

Ohio State has the talent but nobody other then Emeke Obuke ( I think that's his name) has been a proven starter. There is a vast difference between Washington last year and Ohio state this year offensively. New QB, questionable O-line and unproven depth at receiver. They are exactly like Oregon but the difference is Oregon has the better Qb.
