  • Mikey is the epitome of a world class athlete, super nice kid and has the energy of a youngster. What people may not realize is that the Peter Parker of BJJ can snap limbs at a moment's notice. Not too long ago, a Mongolian opponent refused to tap. Mikey begged him, but to his credit the guy was insanely tough. Unfortunately, he ended up with a complete knee decimation and femur break. As most of you have so accurately stated...how can u not love Mikey?

    • How silly of you to think your body randomly fully empties itself overnight when sleeping. Try it and eat a massive meal before bed, you won't be feeling hungry till next evening.

      @anonnymous31@anonnymous31 Жыл бұрын
    • It becomes normal if you do it for a while. Your body adapts and uses your fat reserves for energy. You're not as explosive as you could be by eating between workouts but you also won't have phases of low energy, it's a constant stream of energy you'll feel.

  • Little aggressive on the 7k calorie calculation friends. Not to mention he supposedly does this everyday. So he consumes almost 50,000 calories a week. Makes complete and total sense for a 140 lbs man. If only he only ate 1k more he would look like Brian Shaw and be the worlds strongest man!

    • @@aesop2733 he was on JRE and said that he has tried many diet models and almost developed an eating disorder. His chef said the same thing under the video that MPMD did a year ago. Apparently this is the best diet model that works for him so I don't see why he would need to change it, especially since it took multiple trial and errors.

    • @@Sid00077 I have no qualms with how he gets the job done - simply tired of the over inflated calories presented in all these videos from fitness channels to top level athletes. I don’t even need to open Pandora’s box regarding protein because he would inevitably stronger and have better recovery. But hey to each their own.
